"Yes, without a doubt. Because no matter how good the outside maybe looks, it can provide you with only a fleeting moment of joy and fulfillment, leaving you to chase the next best thing. Eating well, taking care of yourself, and all of those things are important, but if you're not happy, if you don't have some inner peace, then none of that matters."
