Enough is enough, GMA network decided to drop and stop pursuing Ara Mina's younger sister Cristine Reyes for a new contract.
Even before Cristine's contract with GMA Artist Center has expired, the young actress has been visible in GMA's rival network and she expressed her deep desire to transfer to ABS-CBN.
GMA Network has released the following statement about Cristine's status:
"GMA has decided to drop Cristine Reyes from its roster of talents because of her attitude and behavior. She is welcome to leave the network that has a lot more serious artists to assign important projects to and develop into fine, professional actors. Thus being said, GMA network has now closed its door on Cristine."
ABS-CBN has already offered her the lead role in the TV adaptation of Alma Moreno's 1976 movie titled Eva Fonda, 16 and she was being linked to a host who is much older (double of her age).
