Ara Mina running for Councilor in Quezon City

Sexy actress Ara Mina (real name: Hazel Klenk Reyes) has also joined the whirlwind world of politics as she filed her certificates of candidacy (COC) for Quezon City’s second district. She is running for Councilor in the 2010 elections.

Actress Ara Mina is happy even if she's single for almost a year now. She also joked about being loveless, she does not have to pay a high phone bill that usually happens when she is in a relationship.

What can i say, the girl is in-denial.

Ara Mina's another new dilema

With her sexy/slutty character roles in movies and TV, Ara Mina is always being link to married men and rich old guys off-screen.

After the allegedly whirlwind affair issue between her and WBC Lightweight Champ Manny Pacquiao, here comes another issue and this time its Dody Puno.

Dody is a executive director in public works who is also the same guy being linked to Gretchen Barretto.

Ara Mina denies the issue and she said that Dody is a former business partner in their Osteria restaurant (in Tomas Morato and now closed).

ABS-CBN's "Prinsesa ng Banyera" bids farewell next week. It's About Time!

It's about time!! ABS-CBN's teleserye "Prinsesa ng Banyera" is finally taking a bow next week (May 19-23, 2008). Honestly speaking, ABS-CBN must air a better show/series than this Banyera series.

"Prinsesa ng Banyera" done many overhauls during the nine-month stint but still few are interested in this series. When they cut Angelika Dela Cruz and then they added Ara Mina and Oyo Boy Sotto, the affect is just minimal. They also done some publicity strategy but the result just the same....

The problem is not on the actors or the actresses but it is on the structure of the story that bored the viewers.

Ara Mina's bad choice of Show (Prinsesa ng Banyera)

Ara Mina's decision to transfer or to work in ABS-CBN is not a bad idea. She is a freelance artist with no exclusive contract with the any networks. She can sing and act, a total package of an artist.

But....

I'm scratching my head right now, it is a really a bad choice and decision in joining the cast of "Prinsesa ng Banyera".

The banyera drama series is too boring to watch. I don't think her inclusion to the drama series will boost the ratings. Ara's acting talent will go to waste.

There are reports that she has a "tampo" with GMA-7 because she is not being prioritized by her home network.

Ara Mina will play as Cassandra in Prinsesa ng Banyera, she will be reveal as the real princess in the story."
