Celine Dion is very happy with the arrival of her twin sons but during her complicated pregnancy, she shared a heartbreaking revelation. Celine is originally expecting triplets!

E! Online reports that in Celine's interview with a French news station, the 42 year-old singer lost one of the babies early in the pregnancy. One of the babies hearts stopped beating.

Celine said, "He chose to let go to give space to his brothers to grow.

She and her husband Rene Angelil both felt "very lucky, very privileged and very fortunate" with their newborn sons in which they named Nelson and Eddy. The twin boys will now joined his 9 year-old big brother René Charles.

Singer Celine Dion and her husband Rene Angelil, who both felt "very lucky, very privileged and very fortunate" with their newborn sons, have announced the names of the twins!

According to People, the happy couple named one of the boys "Eddy" from Eddy Marnay, who produced the singer's first five records. "He was like a father to her," says Dion's rep. "Eddy is a major influence in both Céline and René's lives."

Nelson is named after Nelson Mandela, whom Dion met two years ago while kicking off her world tour in South Africa. "René said that in just the few minutes they were able to spend with him, they were impressed by the human being he is," says the rep.

Nelson and Eddy will now joined his 9 year-old big brother René Charles. The couple wants their sons to be inspired with their names and follows the moral path.

Singer Celine Dion welcomed double blessing to her life as she gave birth to twin boys Saturday in West Palm Beach, Florida (October 23).

The 42 year-old singer gave birth at St. Mary’s Medical Center via cesarian section and the healthy baby boys weighing 5lbs 10 ounces and 5 pounds 4 ounces.

Celine's rep said, “Celine, Rene and their son Rene-Charles are thrilled … Celine is resting now and they plan to discuss what to name the boys when she wakes up. Rene-Charles has been to the hospital to visit his brothers and is just so excited they are here.”

The babies were conceived after several rounds of in-vitro fertilization.

Singer Celine Dion wants to be sure and safe with her pregnancy as she decided to checked herself into St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida this morning (October 18). She is currently eight months pregnant with twin boys!

Celine Dion Expecting Twin Boys

Singer Celine Dion officially announced via her website that she is expecting twins boys in November. The babies were conceived after several rounds of in vitro fertilization.

“Celine first announced the upcoming new additions to the Angélil-Dion family back in May, and now she just revealed that she is expecting twin boys! Congratulations to the happy family!”

Celine and husband René Angelil are the proud parents of 9 year-old René Charles.

Celine Dion is Pregnant with her second child

Celine Dion's wish to have a bigger family and it was answered. The Canadian singer is confirmed pregnant with her second child after undergoing vitro fertility treatments.

It was confirmed by her publicist, “We can confirm she is pregnant. Celine and Rene [Angelil]” are very happy.”

The couple's first child, 8-year-old son Rene-Charles, was also conceived by in vitro fertilization.

Celine Dion gave another great performance at NYC’s Madison Square Garden for her "Taking Chances World Tour," on Monday night to a sold out audience.

After she was invited by Celine Dion at the Oprah show to perform with her at the Madison Square Garden, it is a dream come true performance for Charice Pempengco singing a duet with her Idol Celine Dion.

It also a moment of a great achievement for the young Filipina to show once again her vocal talent. They sang the hit song "Because You Loved Me".

In the concert, the Canadian international star first told the life story of Charice.

"This young girl's name is Charice I'm so excited. She's 16 years old and she's from the Philippines let me tell you she has a voice and can literally blow the roof of Madison Square. But the real story is Charice and her mom escaped a terrifying experience and had to leave Charice's violent father. You know to start a life on their own, Charice thought to save her mom from life's desperation. Through prayers and dreams and God gave talent an incredible voice Charice entered and won every singing contest in her native country and eventually noticed by such a fortunate people saw the show on Oprah and Oprah want to take care of her wings and David Foster joined them.

"I had a chance to see Charice perform one of my song in Oprah last week. I have a little difficulty to talk right now because I met Charice and I'm so emotional and so I'm searching and looking for my words trying to control my emotion. I invited here to come her tonight to sing with me...,” said Celine Dion.

After Celine's lovely introduction to Charice she invited the latter to come up on stage and join her. Celine then told Charice how spectacular she is and how she looked really beautiful.

Celine even asked the young diva how she feels to be with her on the same stage. Charice admitted that she's nervous but Celine calmed her and said that she does not have to be.

"First of all you look spectacular you're beautiful, you're shaking, how do you feel? Don't be nervous I think people will understand that you're nervous. But let me tell you one thing, the talent we're not going to talk about because you have, we're not going to talk about strength because you have (Celine pointing to Charice's mom Raquel Pempengco) and so the love. And I have to tell you that the family we have to talk because you have too, one time my manager my husband told me 'Celine', because when I started to sing I was 12 years old so 12 and 16 it's the same, okay?

"He told me 'Celine I know you're nervous don't be scared you love to sing when you go up there you'll be nervous don't be.' I will give you an image that you can think about, think about that all the people you see in front of you are your brothers and sisters. You are singing in your living room and it's your family," Celine told Charice.

Charice in return said that she was ready to sing and agreed to dedicate their song "Because You Loved Me" to her mother Raquel.

The crowd, in standing ovation, roared and praised Celine and Charice after their performance.

"You did amazing, and the roof of the Madison (blew) up tonight," said Celine.

Celine also said that she loved Charice and that she could not wait to perform with Charice for a full concert.

"When you do perform in Madison Square are you going to invite me? I love you and I can not wait to be with you to perform here for a whole concert," Celine said before she let Charice leave the concert stage.

Their are the winners on the recently concluded 2008 ARMM mock automated elections in the Philippines. The Commission on Election (Comelec) are testing the computers and the Optical media readers that they will use in the coming ARMM elections.

This is the first time that the Philippines will be using automated counting machine in a election. The government chose local and foreign celebrities for their test run to prevent pre-campaign accusations from local politicians.

On the said mock election, Pierce Brosnan won the Gubernatorial race with 26.99 percent of the total votes against Leonardo Di Caprio with 16.43 percent.
