Britney Spears' former boyfriend Adnan Ghalib pleaded not guilty, posted bail.

Britney Spears' former boyfriend Adnan Ghalib decided to turn himself in after the court releases a warrant for his arrest after he was charged with three felonies.

According to TMZ, Ghalib was arraigned this morning in Van Nuys where he entered the not guilty plea. Ghalib posted $110,000 bail.

Three felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon, hit-and-run and battery. If convicted, he will be serving seven years in prison.

According to TMZ, "The nanny heard Britney talking to Sam and Adnan on the pre-paid phone in the wee hours of the morning one day. It appears Jamie believes Sam and Adnan got her the phone in an attempt to poison her against Jamie and to torpedo the conservatorship."

According to TMZ, The process server was waiting for Adnan Ghalib in the alley when Ghalib rolled up and allegedly hit the dude with his car. The process server says he landed on the hood of Adnan's car.

According to Jamie Spears that the three are now working together to disrupt the conservatorship and Britney was afraid of them both and hoped they could be locked up in jail.

A source tells TMZ the conservators believe Lutfi and Ghalib conspired to try and undermine Britney's conservatorship in a way that would have been extremely harmful to her. We're also told attorney Jon Eardley -- the dude Lutfi used early last year to mount a bizarre, baseless attack on the conservatorship -- was allegedly also in on the conspiracy and the TRO is against him as well.

With Britney Spears' career is now back on track, many are interested to take advantage.

Britney is Hoping

In his two interviews Adnan Ghalib says Britney Spears bought that pregnancy test because she was “hoping” she was having another baby.

“I think she felt she was,” said Ghalib, adding that the test was negative.

“You know, she has a very maternal instinct,” he said of the troubled singer, who is battling to get custody of her two baby boys.

Asked what he would say if Spears proposed marriage, he said, “Would anybody say no?”

Britney fails to regain her visitation rights

Britney Spears instability would posed a danger to her children. Thats why Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled that Britney Spears will not have visitation restored, and that the decision will not waver until the next hearing on February 19.
