Jewelry store on Lindsay Lohan: Procedures must be done before they loan out jewelry

Kamofie & Company, the jewelry store that accused Lindsay Lohan of stealing a "high-end necklace", is not the buying Lohan's excuse that the store loaned her the necklace because strict policies and procedures must be done first before receiving a loan jewelry.

Singing a contract claiming responsibility for the item is one of the procedures. Jewelry store owner Sofia tells TMZ,

"When we loan out jewelry, we have a whole procedure that needs to be done. There is paperwork that needs to be filled out and there needs to be insurance information given or credit card information in case something happens with the jewelry."

The store presented to the investigators their surveillance video and photos of Lindsay wearing the said necklace worth $2,500.

The case is now with Los Angeles District Attorney's office and they are still studying on whether or not to formally charge Lindsay Lohan for stealing the item.

Lindsay is still on probation and remains subject to random drug and alcohol testing relating to a 2007 DUI.

Lindsay Lohan Accused of Stealing Jewelry

Lindsay Lohan landed again in a deep hole of controversy as she is now accused of stealing jewelry in Los Angeles and now she's under investigation. Expect jail time for her if she is found in violation of her probation.

The jewelry owner filed the complaint against Lindsay after he saw an Internet photo of Lindsay wearing the jewelry worth $2,500 which he described as "one-of-a-kind necklace".

The police requested a search warrant to search Lindsay’s house for the item but before they could served the warrant, Lindsay's stylist showed up at an LAPD substation and returned the $2,500 necklace. A source tells TMZ that they believe someone told Lindsay about the warrant.

Aside from the photo, the strongest evidence authorities against Lindsay is the surveillance video.

For Lindsay's defense, she claims "it was loaned to her and a stylist simply forgot to return".

Lindsay is still on probation and remains subject to random drug and alcohol testing relating to a 2007 DUI.

Jaime Pressly Officially Charged With DUI

Actress Jaime Pressly, who recently filed for divorce from husband Simran Singh, is now officially charged with DUI stemming from her January 5 arrest on suspicion of drunk driving.

It seems 'My Name is Earl' star has lot of things going on in her mind at that moment as her alcohol level registered .22, nearly three times the legal limit (The legal limit in California is .08).

Feb. 7 is the set arraignment date.

Charlie Sheen To Rehab At Home

Charlie Sheen is reportedly doing his rehab inside the boundaries of his home and not the usual traditional treatment facility.

Charlie Sheen wants his privacy and a professional to fight his demons.

His manager Mark Burg told People, "Charlie has put together a team that he trusts to help get him sober once and for all."

Charlie's latest rehab treatment is due his recent drug-fueled bender which included lots of women including porn star Kacey Jordan. His 36-hour binge at his Los Angeles home landed him to a hospital.

CBS is putting the production of his hit show "Two and a Half Men" in indefinite hiatus.

I don't think privacy is the issue here. He is still avoiding the truth that he heeded help that's why he doesn't want to enter a rehab facility.

David Arquette out of Rehab: "Ready to move forward"

Actor David Arquette checked himself out of rehab as of Sunday (January 30) after finishing his treatment for "alcohol and other issues." 

"He has competed his treatment and has left," his rep tells PEOPLE. And, adds another source, the actor is "in great spirits. He's feeling good and he's ready to move forward."

Arquette decided to get help as he continues to face issues over his separation from actress/wife Courteney Cox. The couple announced their "trial separation" last October 2010 after eleven years of marriage.

Charlie Sheen enters rehab.

Mellowing down his recent controversy which landed him to a hospital for severe abdominal pains, Charlie Sheen voluntarily entered an undisclosed rehabilitation center on Friday (January 28).

"Two and a Half Men" producers released a statement (via TMZ), 

"Due to Charlie Sheen’s decision to enter a rehabilitation center, CBS, Warner Bros. Television and executive producer Chuck Lorre are placing “Two and a Half Men” on production hiatus." and added "We are profoundly concerned for his health and well-being, and support his decision."

Before going rehab, the 45 year-old actor was rushed to the hospital via ambulance and he was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills and reportedly he suffered hiatal hernia. The latest incident is due the alleged cocaine-filled party at his home.

Originally the "Two and a Half Men" is still on hiatus for this week and will resume production on Monday but the latest announcement is putting the show in indefinite hiatus.

Charlie Sheen Hospitalized with "Abdominal Pains"; Cocaine reports before the incident

Charlie Sheen's conroversial wild ways continues and it landed him to a hospital after having severe abdominal pains.

He was rushed to the hospital via ambulance and he was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills. Charlie is reportedly in "severe abdominal pains" which triggered the 911 call.

Apparently Mr. Sheen is having wild party at his home last night. The bash reportedly included lots of women including porn star Kacey Jordan.

Also popping up is the cocaine reports during the party. According to a TMZ source, "after hours of drinking, we're told a person showed up to the house with a designer "briefcase" -- that contained multiple "bricks" of cocaine." and "Sheen immediately began doing the drug for several hours."

CBS entertainment chief Nina Tassler said in her previous interview that she had a "high level of concern" about Charlie Sheen's personal life.

"Two and a Half Men" is still on hiatus this week and resumes production on Monday.

It is just a matter of time and worst thing will surely happen if Charlie will not mellow down!

Miss Teen USA Arkansas Megan Burgess Arrested For Public Intoxication

Megan Burgess, a former Miss Teen Arkansas USA, was reportedly ashamed of herself after being arrested for public intoxication at the University Of Arkansas dorm last weekend.

Her resident assistant called the cops during that incident and they found her sitting in the snow outside by herself. Megan is “mortified” about her behavior.

Despite her embarrassing situation, Miss USA Organization still gave their support Megan Burgess, saying that she “is a sweet girl who exemplifies the values of a Miss Teen title holder and is mortified about this. She even called over to us and said she was ’sorry if I brought any shame on my state.”

Jaime Pressly Splits From Husband and Tax Problems

More troubles for actress Jaime Pressly as she faces tax and marriage problems!

Aside from her January 5 DUI arrest, the 33 year-old actress is reportedly facing legal problems as she's behind in her taxes amounting to $637,000 and the IRS filed a $260,370 tax lien filed against her on December 6.

In 2008, IRS had filed $281,699 lien for income taxes and another lien was filed against her by the State of California in the amount of $95,080.

Meanwhile, Jaime Pressly and her husband/lawyer Simran Singh are reportedly separated.

One insider tells UsMag, "They are done."

Adds another, "It's over. I don't think they have officially filed anything yet though."

"I think it comes down to she married this guy too fast. He seemed like a good guy but he is super full of himself and puts her down for everything. He picks fights with her for any little thing."

My Name Is Earl star and Simran tied the knot September 26, 2009 at the Dick Clark Estate in Malibu.

Jaime Pressly is currently free on $15,000 bail from jer DUI arrest last January 5 in which the alcohol level registered nearly three times the legal limit.

Aaron Carter Enters Rehab

Aaron Carter is also battling his demons and he voluntarily entered rehab to treat his addiction.

A source told E! that the 23 year-old singer checked into a private Southern California facility earlier this month and this is his big step to "finally get help". The source added, "He was struggling recently and needed this."

His manager Johnny Wright  confirms the report and he mentions "emotional and spiritual issues" as Aaron's reasons.  Aaron, who appeared on Celebrity Rehab was treated for substance abuse.

"Big Brother" winner Adam Jasinski Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Adam Jasinski, the Season 9 winner of "Big Brother" who foolishly decided to used his Big Brother prize in illegal activities is  pleading guilty for possession of oxy pills with intent to distribute.

According to TMZ, the Massachusetts federal court sentenced Adam to "4 years in federal prison for masterminding a prescription drug ring". He is also facing another case for not paying taxes on his $500,000 in "Big Brother" winnings.

Jasinski was arrested on October 2009 by Drug Enforcement Agency officials in North Reading, MA, after he was found to have 2,000 oxycodone pills in his possession during the attempted drug deal.

During the investigation, cops found out that Adam used his $500,000 winnings to fund his drug dealing business.

Adam wasted many opportunities and the great things which will change his life will vanished instantly!

Survivor Nicaragua winner Judson Birza Arrested For Public Intoxication

“Survivor season 21: Nicaragua“ winner Judson “Fabio” Birza, was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance in Santa Monica, California on Wednesday (January 19).

According to TMZ, Fabio was spotted riding a skateboard on the streets which is illegal, and the police determine that he is intoxicated. He was also arrested for unrelated DUI warrant and a probation violation.

The young Survivor was held and released on $37,000 bail,

He got $1,000,000 prize to burn.

Actress Selena Gomez is the latest Disney star under fire over alleged scandalous topless photos which is now being shopped around. Is Selena also wants to break free like Vanessa Hudgens and Miley Cyrus?

Hollyscoop reports that they had obtained a topless pictures of a girl who looked a lot like Selena. The girl has shorter hair and the photos were taken inside a bathroom by an unknown person. The site will not publish the said photos because they can't verify the time the photos was taken (if she's over 18 at that time).

Her clean reputation is now being ruined by this alleged photos but according to Selena’s camp, who are furious about this incident that the photos that being shopped around are totally FAKE!

Her lawyers is now taking action by sending out cease and desist letter. Lawsuit will be filed against the people who will who publish the said scandalous photos.

PAMI statement over Baron Geisler-Cherry Pie Picache groping issue

The Professional Artist Management, Inc. (PAMI) announced their decision over actor Baron Geisler continues unethical behavior towards other artist.

PAMI wants all artists managed by its members to stop working with Geisler in connection with the latest complaint filed by actress Cherry Pie Picache. The veteran actress claimed that Geisler touched her breasts during the taping of the television series "Noah". Barom strong denies the said allegations.

PAMI issue their official statement (via Push):

PAMI just concluded an emergency meeting in response to the letter of complaint received from Mr. Ed Instrella (manager of Cherry Pie Picache) against Actor Baron Geisler.

Ed Instrella related the unfortunate incident involving Cherry Pie and Baron during the taping of Noah last Friday January 14, 2011. Arnold Vegafria in behalf of Baron expressed his sincere apology. He is in agreement that Baron needs professional and medical help and has expressed to PAMI that Baron is willing to undergo treatment. We are supporting Arnold in his efforts to help his artist.

After hearing both sides from the two PAMI Members, Ed and Arnold, the PAMI has decided on the following:

1. That all PAMI managed artists should not be exposed to incidents like this again for their safety and security

2. We are requesting the assurance from all networks and movie producers to ensure that any actor in an intoxicated state should not be allowed on the set

3. That Baron should publicly apologize to Cherry Pie Picache

4. To inhibit all PAMI managed artists from working with Baron until such time that PAMI believes Baron Geisler is fully rehabilitated.

Baron Geisler is definitely a great actor but it's becoming a pattern of umlawful behavior on and off camera. He is still facing sexual harassment charges from Yasmien Kurdi and also from the 21-year-old daughter of celebrity couple William Martinez and Ma. Rosario “Yayo" Aguila-Martinez.

Jose Canseco’s Twin brother, Ozzie Canseco Arrested For DUI

MLB star Jose Canseco’s twin brother, Ozzie Canseco, who had a short Major League stint, was arrested for DUI in Tampa, Florida on Saturday, January 15.

Ozzie registered 109/.108 blood alcohol level, which is above the legal limit of 0.08%. He is now being held on $500 bond.

Brandi Favre Charged with manufacturing methamphetamine (Mug Shot)

Minnesota Vikings star Brett Favre’s younger sister, Brandi Favre, received two felony charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and generation of hazardous waste in connection to the meth lab bust at a condo in Mississippi on Wednesday (January 12).

Narcotics agent did a buy bust operation with two suspects and then they raided the condo in which they found Brandi Favre. Polices says "Meth was found cooking in the bathtub".

Brandi has a history of troubles with the law: she's been arrested for shoplifting and unlawful use of a weapon.

He was held and released on $40,000 bail.

Brett Favre's Sister Arrested in Meth Lab Raid

Minnesota Vikings star Brett Favre’s younger sister, Brandi Favre, was arrested during a drug raid in Missippi on Wednesday (January 12). Narcotics agents found a meth lab inside a condo in which Brandi was one of the five suspects in the area.

Brandi has a history of troubles with the law: she's been arrested for shoplifting and unlawful use of a weapon.

Eddie Furlong arrested for violating a restraining order

Actor Eddie Furlong was arrested Tuesday morning (Jan 11) after he violated the terms of a restraining order against him. He violated a court order to stay at least 100 yards away from his estranged wife Rachael Kneeland (Rachel Bella).

According to TMZ, "During the hearing, the City Attorney told the judge Furlong had violated the restraining order last month by coming within 50 yards of Kneeland. The restraining order requires him to stay 100 yards from her."

He was held and released on $75,000 bail.

The couple ended their three-year marriage and filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences" last July 2009.  The couple's son, Ethan Page Furlong, was born on September 21, 2006.

Jaime Pressly DUI Arrest: Alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit

Jaime Pressly registered a high alcohol level during her recent DUI arrest last January 5 and it is nearly three times the legal limit.

According to TMZ, Pressly blew the .22 (The legal limit in California is .08).

Jaime was pulled over by cops after she committed a traffic violation in Santa Monica. No traffic accident involved. A field sobriety test was conducted before she got booked for DUI.

The typical bail is $5,000 but for Jaime's case is was set and released at $15,000 (amount for blood alcohol level higher than 0.15).

‘Golden Voice’ Ted Williams Detained by Police

Ted Williams, the 53 year-old homeless man with the ‘The Golden Voice’ and became instant You Tube sensation, was detained by police Monday night (January 10) at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood after getting into a shouting argument with his daughter. 

"LAPD responded to a disturbance call at the Renaissance Hotel at about 9 p.m. [Monday] night," police spokesman Bruce Borihanh tells The Hollywood Reporter. "An investigation was conducted and two individuals were transferred to the Hollywood station. No one was arrested or booked for any crime in relation to this incident. After a short investigtation, police determined no crime was committed by either party... Nobody wanted to press charges."

Reportedly, money is the issue in their argument.

Ted, who got a second wind of opportunity with his golden pipes must be careful because his instant fame can vanish in an instant.
