Before receiving the golden ticket to Hollywood, Hollie Cavanagh needed two songs to convinced Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler during American Idol season 10 auditions (Fifth Episode) in Austin, Texas on Wednesday (February 2).

Her performance of Etta James’ “At Last” failed to impressed the AI judges but a second chance was given to her. Hollie sang Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb” which gave her the judges approval.



Courtney Penry “Stay” American Idol 10 - Audition

Courtney Penry, who likes to do the chicken moves and deeply obsessed with Ryan Seacrest, perfomed her rendition of “Stay” by Sugarland during American Idol season 10 auditions (Fifth Episode) in in Austin, Texas on Wednesday (February 2).




Lauren Alaina “Like We Never Loved At All/Don’t Wanna Miss Her Thing" American Idol 10 - Audition

15 year-old Georgia student Lauren Alaina delighted the judges with her amazing voice singing “Like We Never Loved At All” by Faith Hill during American Idol season 10 auditions (Fourth Episode) in Nashville on Thurday (January 27).


Joined by her family after receiving the golden ticket to Hollywood, Lauren Alaina  also the favorite song of her parents, “Don’t Wanna Miss Her Thing” by Aerosmith.




Adrienne Beasley “American Honey” American Idol 10 - Audition

Adrienne Beasley, a 22 year-old farm girl who was adopted by a white couple when she's just 2 year-old delivered a great rendition of “American Honey” during American Idol season 10 auditions (Fourth Episode) in Nashville on Thurday (January 27).

New American Idol judge Steven Tyler love her performance, saying that Adrienne has a "special voice" that she almost made him cry.

The funny part in her audition is when Ryan Seacrest thought that old guy that Jackie is kissing was her daddy, but Ryan was surprised -- it is Jackie's boyfriend.

'American Idol' Fantasia Barrino has revealed that she got pregnant by her married-former boyfriend Antwaun Cook.

According to Radaronline, the 26 year-old singer also confessed that she had an abortion around the time of her suicide attempt. It was revealed at the North Carolina court on Monday during Cook’s divorce proceeding with his ex-wife Paula.

Fantasia Barrino attempted suicide via drug overdose after her "adulterous affair" with a married man made headlines. She revealed that she knew exactly what she was doing and that moment, she wanted to die.

Jennifer wants Idol contestants not to sing her hit songs!

New American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez reportedly gave an advice to the 'Idol' hopefuls who wants to pass the auditions. Jennifer wants the contestants not to sing her hit songs!

The 41 year-old singer/actress said to one of the ontestant who performed one of her hits. "It was cute, super entertaining and flattering, but no."

Lopez wants to emphasized that the judges are here to help them, "They know we're not out to cut them down or make a joke of them. We're trying to mentor them to the next step."

The new season of American Idol will be more exciting with the new judges but sill many will surely missed "Mr. Nasty" Simon Cowell.
