Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford Charged With Pot Possession

"Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford is now formally charged with one misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.

The 24 year-old actor and his friend was arrested in Plano, Texas and Cops found him carrying less than two ounces of cannabis.

He is now facing 6 months jail time.

Footloose role offered to Julianne Hough

Julianne Hough can do some shaking with People magazine's Hottest Bachelor if she will accept the lead female role in the upcoming "Footloose" remake.

Reportedly, schedules adjustment will be play a major role if Julianne Hough accepts the role.

She will star opposite Chace Crawford, who got the role after Zac Efrom decided to temporarily stop doing musical roles.

Heroes star Hayden Panettiere will drop her pom-pom and wear a dancing shoes as she was reportedly auditioned for the role of Ariel Moore, love interest of Ren McCormack (originally played by Kevin Bacon).
