Christina Milian and The Dream's divorce drama continues..... and their new arguments centers on Justin Bieber!

Christina Milian is not giving her ex-husband Terius “The-Dream” Nash an easy way out as TMZ is now reporting that Milian is trying to "renegotiate the settlement by demanding more support, including a greater percentage in Bieber's hit, 'Baby'". The Dream is not happy with the said renegotiation and now he's trying to blocked the payments.

The Dream co-wrote the song and during their initial negotiation, both parties previously agreed to pay Milian in their settlement which includes "10% of his publishing interest" for Bieber's hit, 'Baby'.

If you remember, the breakup news started when The-Dream was spotted frolicking with his assistant Melissa Santiago in the Caribbean. It was also revealed that he filed the legal papers nine days before his wife gave birth to their child Violet.

Christina Milian wants some lucrative payback for the pain during their short marriage and a good settlement will guarantee a bright future for their daughter.

Christina Milian is in deep hole of pain during her split with ex-husband/music producer Terius "The-Dream" Nash but now, she is focus and ready to move on.

“I feel brand new. I’ve been to hell and back, but I survived. I’m stronger for it and now I’m ready for the next phase of my life.”

Also in her Latina magazine interview (February 2011 issue), she opens up about her marriage, being a single mom and what she realized about herself.

On her failed marriage: “No matter what, you can’t change who you are. I know that now. I tried to be someone I wasn’t because I wanted my marriage to work. But ultimately, if it’s not working, it’s not working.”

On the cheating scandal: “I didn’t know anything. But looking back, my gut was telling me something was off. But I thought I could fix it.”

On lessons learned: “I learned a lot about myself this year. I learned what I can handle. I learned how much I can take. I learned who I am and what I will accept for myself and my daughter.”

On becoming a mom: “Being a new mother definitely makes me feel so much sexier than ever before. There’s a certain responsibility that I carry being a mom that makes me feel very confident and so blessed. Being a mom is the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”

Christina Milian to The-Dream: He lied to the court and he cheated!!

Christina Milian is furious with her soon-to-be-ex-husband "The-Dream" and she wants to set the record straight about how their marriage gone separate ways. She is asking the court to trash the legal divorce papers filed by her husband.

Christina Milian claims that The-Dream lied about the reason of the split and their status to the court.

She denies that they are legally separated when the The-Dream filed the divorce papers and Christina reveals that The-Dream is cheating on her.

Terius “The-Dream” Nash filed the legal papers nine days before his wife gave birth to their child Violet and he claims the marriage is "irretrievably broken". His failed marriage was discovered after he was seen frolicking with his assistant Melissa Santiago.

In a shocking addition to the news, Milian admits that she already signed a agreement on which both of them will not give and monetary support to each other.

But Milian claims she only signed the docs because The-Dream brought them to her bedside when she was 9-months pregnant ... when she was in no condition to sign such important papers.

It seems Christina Milian doesn't want any arguments at the time when she signed that papers because that time her pregnancy is in the critical stage.

The-Dream Filed For Divorce Days Before Christina Milian Gave Birth

Both Christina Milian and The-Dream really given up with their marriage as the couple separated even before Christina gave birth to her baby girl Violet last February.

According to divorce documents obtained by TMZ, The-Dream claims the marriage is "irretrievably broken" and it was filed nine days before she gave birth to their only child. The-Dream filed his papers on February 17.

The-Dream admits "there is no hope for reconciliation" between him and Milian.

The Dream Attempts to commit suicide After Christina Milian break up

Terius “The-Dream” Nash and wife Christina Milian recently announced their split after photos surfaced online of Nash frolicking with his assistant Melissa Santiago. In an issued statement, Nash and Christina separated late last year.

Now, “The-Dream” has expressed his feeling by posting an open letter on his website, where he revealed that he attempted to kill himself when he saw his marriage is breaking up and he apologized for “misleading everyone” about his marriage.

First I want to thank God for the trials of life, without them we can't know purpose!

I would love to tell the truth as to why my relationship wasn't successful, but today that is between me and Christina. Its easy to say that it’s because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT’S NOT.

I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay when we knew problems existed for awhile! I wanted to speak up but we decided it wasn't for anyone to know. I would NEVER intentionally hurt a soul and everyone around me knows that! There was so much going on in me and Christina's personal world that I tried to deal with it as delicately as I could and tried to regain my footing. Instead of being direct in order not to cause even more hurt or hurt someone's feelings, I carried the weight in secret!

I am Human and people fall in and out of Love all the time... This is Life. Nothing’s promised or perfect, neither am I. I am not proud that I lost something we once had...LOVE! I've always been a Loving Father, Hard Worker, Generous, Stern and Eager to prove myself. My faults are I can be irresponsible and an ass sometimes, but I HAVE NEVER and WILL NEVER be a malicious person or wish harm to anyone, especially those I love or the mother of my child. I'm sorry for the embarrassment to everyone involved! If there's anyone to blame and you can't fathom this happening, please blame me and me alone for not being upfront! Even though we were trying to overcome personal things between us, I was just simply scared and embarrassed to let everyone know we WERE FAILING and HAVE NOW FAILED!

This is not to justify anything, it’s true emotion! It’s a real thing that involves real people! I've cried about this for months, after interviews, after prayer and I've tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming.

But I was reminded by my MOTHER that I am not "Superman" and its okay to lose sometimes...

This too shall pass! And everything will be fine!

Music producer Terius “The-Dream” Nash is in the hot seat after he was spotted frolicking with his assistant Melissa Santiago in the Caribbean. The problem is, Nash is married to Christina Milian.

After the photos surfaced of Nash enjoying and grabbing Melissa’s booty, The-Dream decided to announced that he and his wife Christina are separated. This will somehow prevent this issue to blow out of proportion.

The-Dream issued a statement, “Terius ‘The-Dream’ Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward.”

Christina Milian confirms pregnancy

With the speculation of pregnancy after her Vegas wedding, Christina Milian and music producer The Dream are expecting their first child.

Christina confirmed the good news and says, "My husband and I are expecting. We're about four and a half months along, about 19 weeks." and added, "We're really excited."

It seems both are eagerly want their relationship to move one step up, Christina Milian and music producer The Dream quietly tied the knot in Vegas.

Reportedly the new couple wed at Little White Wedding Chapel, the same place Britney Spears married Jason Alexander in 2004.

According to TMZ, "Milian rented her wedding dress for $200 (including shoes and veil) and The Dream rented his tux for $100 (including shoes, tie and vest)".

Christina receives a six-carat sparkler from Ivanka Trump’s jewelry line in her engagement which was announced two months ago.

Christina Milian is starting to returned and feel the groove of her music career with this new music video called “Up Against the World!” from her upcoming album "Dream in Color", video directed by Ray Kay.

In her last interview, she feels embarrassed after she was dropped by Def Jam in 2006 and the reason, Rihanna.

She said, “It was embarrassing. It was a week after my album [So Amazin’] got put out. I would be in my room a lot of the time crying by myself.”

The album is by Myspace Records/Interscope, due out April 2009.

Christina Milian breaks her silence and opens up the reasons why she was dropped by Def Jam in the latest double-sided cover of Rap-Up’s Winter 08/09 issue (T.I. at front cover).

On her reaction after being dropped from Def Jam: “It was embarrassing. It was a week after my album [So Amazin’] got put out. I would be in my room a lot of the time crying by myself.”

On the reason why she was dropped: “It was a budget cut, I believe. [Def Jam] probably got rid of projects like mine to spend the money on [Rihanna].”

On who inspired her to get back into music: “I bumped into Janet Jackson at a club. We talked for an hour and I was telling her I don’t know if I’m gonna do this, and she was like, ‘Girl, do not let them stop you. I’m a fan and you make good music.’ She’s a person I actually looked up to growing up, so her telling me that really was the day I was like, ‘I’m not gonna let these people
hold me down. It’s time.’”
