"Paramedics were called to the (address omitted) in Encino for medical aid," Los Angeles City Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "Paramedics arrived at approximately 11:51 am and later transported the patient a nearby hospital."In an update, Radar reports that David Hasselhoff suffered seizure and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Hasselhoff's attorney Mel Goldsman tells PEOPLE, "This was all a misunderstanding. David was being treated for an inner ear infection and had a bad reaction to his medication over the weekend. He lost his equilibrium and it left him dizzy. This was not an alcohol relapse. David was taken to Encino Hospital on Sunday and released within the hour. He's fine now and looking forward to doing his jury duty this week."David Hasselhoff's daughter Hayley Hasselhoff is the one who called for help after seeing his dad excessively drunk.
According to TMZ, "17-year-old Hayley Hasselhoff -- who was at home with David -- called her mother Pamela, claiming David was extremely drunk. One of Pamela's friends called 911, paramedics arrived at the family's home in Encino and took him to the hospital."Last May, David allegedly suffers alcohol poisoning but his rep, Judy Katz denies the overstated reports. He was taken to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical center.
According to TMZ, "Pamela has asked the judge in their never-ending divorce for an order, requiring David to maintain life insurance, which would pay her support if David dies. There's actually a law in California giving judges the power to make such an order -- seriously!"Expect more nasty events in the future..
But David doesn't want to shell out the dough for the life insurance, claiming it wasn't part of their divorce deal."

His rep, Judy Katz, tells us David "is fine and well and happy and is celebrating his father, Joe Hasselhoff's 80th birthday tonight at dinner... along with his girlfriend, Kimberly."Radaronline reported this incident that the America's Got Talent judge was found unconscious on the floor of his home by his daughter Hayley. Ex-wife Pamela Bach who lives 10 minutes away in the Hollywood Hills rushed to the place after receiving a call from Hailey and they drove him to the hospital (He was barely breathing).
Hasselhoff's lawyer Mel Goldsman added that the story came from Hoff's ex-wife Pamela Bach which "in violation of the court's order precluding contacting the media regarding her ex husband."
According FYB, At around midnight, "Hasselhoff sneaked again this time out of his hotel on foot as he was spotted around Soho, walking toward the Groucho Club. However, when he saw photographers, he quickly turned around and headed back to his hotel, looking even more off balance as he was chased by two female fans."
