Drew Barrymore glams it up for Harper’s Bazaar (October 2010 issue)

Actress Drew Barrymore is looking fabulously chic on Harper’s Bazaar’s October 2010 issue! The photo spread was inspired by '60s "it girls" Sharon Tate and Veruschka.

In her interview, Drew talks about her body, career and many more....

On her age, 35 year-old:
"For me, it's very magical. It's funny, because whenever they parody me on Saturday Night Live, they always say the word magical. But 35 is an incredible year for me. It's just a very auspicious time."

On her lifestyle:
"I actually really love to lie in bed, watch TV, be a total sloth, and eat my favorite food: Kraft macaroni and cheese. Last night I was watching The Next Food Network Star, eating mac and cheese, and feeling grand. And that was after I wore a sequined Givenchy gown with giant holes cut out of it."

On her body image:
"I feel like some of my baby fat is going away, and that's not just physically, it's psychologically. I think that your body is in tune with your mind and your spirituality and your heart. If things are going better, I just think you look better."

On Justin Long: “He’s the cat’s pajamas. I couldn’t love, respect, admire, and enjoy that individual more than I do. It would be physically impossible for me to have any more giggly joy at this person.”

Drew Barrymore "Marie Claire UK" September 2010

The sultry and multi-talented Drew Barrymore graces the UK cover of Marie Claire Magazine September 2010 issue. The "Going the Distance" actress talks about love and phone sex during her interview chat.

Drew remains decidedly coy. She'll neither confirm nor deny whether she and on/off boyfriend Justin Long are dating: "A little mystery never hurt anyone."

Drew on love: "I'm happy to say that, at 35 years old, I feel I know less than ever, but in a liberating way. I'm trying to figure out how to make relationships work. The only thing I know is that there aren't any rules. There should be no infrastructure on how a couple is supposed to work. Life isn't like that."

Drew on phone sex: "Oh, I've had successful phone sex - it can work. I think it's f--ing weird - it's super weird. I totally tried it, though, with a little success at one point in my life, but it was just a thing you try, like wearing orange for a while. I don't think it's something I could live my life with. What makes me happy right now is something very tangible and that's the people I know that I really, really like and love and get such a sense of happiness from. My tribe."

Drew Barrymore in 'Nylon' denim issue August 2010

Actress Drew Barrymore keeps it sexy in special denim issue of Nylon Magazine (August 2010).

On her interview, Drew thinks technology is disconnecting people, “Ironically, with all this, ‘We’re now more connected than ever with technology,’ I don’t think we’ve ever been farther apart. I think it’s bulls–t. Everyone feels more connected but they’re weirdly disconnected.”

Other Highlight's of Drew's Interview below..

On Being Perfect
"You have to not pretend to be perfect, because that's not only boring as fuck, but it's just not real...So I feel so liberated in that way. I just really want to be true to myself. That's essential in life. I would never be able to put on a charade. I would totally fuck it up."

On her In-Between Period
"I had a big gap in my life where I wasn't allowed to work at all because no one would hire me, which was great because I think you need that humility. You have to have everything taken away, or you have to have a major reality check, so that you always appreciate what you have."

On Simulating Phone Sex in her New Movie, Going the Distance.
"You know, phone sex going awry is just a funny concept to me and I thought, This is going to be one of those scenes where we have to go balls out, and if it doesn't work, it's going to be editing room floor crap."

So Drew, where'd you get your jeans?
"I never have time for shopping... I've been wearing the same fucking pair of jeans for 10 years."

Drew Barrymore talks pushing the limit and get reborn (Elle August 2010)

The lovely Drew Barrymore is on the cover of Elle’s August 2010 issue and she opens up about pushing herself to the limit and knowing the right time to stop and recharge.

The 35 year-old "Grey Gardens" actress also talks about being single, aging and many more...

On taking stock of where she is now: “For three years straight, I’ve been burning the candle at both ends, and as of last December, I just didn’t have anything left. I’ve been so aggressive about living life to the fullest and being plugged into everything, but now I’ve ripped the plug out of the wall and put it on the floor for a while. I’m thinking about the same things as when I was 15, about spirituality and who I am, who I want to be. It’s cocoon, pupa, larva, and fuck, I’m reborn!”

On the media’s misconceptions of her: “I make movies. I have a passion. Puppies and daisies don’t accomplish anything. That’s not me at all.”

On being single: “If you’re 35 and single and it’s a choice, it feels fine. So I didn’t settle with the wrong person yet. Big deal!”

On her upcoming role in Going the Distance: “I like that it’s not a traditional romantic comedy, with the story line of, ‘Oh, I slept with this guy, but when I woke up, I found out he’s the CEO of my company, and we’re going to live happily ever after once we go through all these crazy perils. I talk shit with my girlfriends. And it can get dirty.”

On why she’s not afraid to get older: “I don’t want to be vain or fearful, and I don’t think I’ll do anything [in terms of plastic surgery], but if I want to do something, I will. From my perspective, there’s no reason to be afraid of aging, because if you age, you’re lucky! The alternative is death.”

On child stardom: “I was raised in unique and trying environments, but they were also amazing platforms for me to have an extraordinary life. Going through hell as a kid made me sensitive to what others in this world go through too.”
