Lil Wayne: No Alcohol for 3 Years!

After serving eight months at Rikers Island jail, rapper Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. aka Lil Wayne will now do three years of unsupervised probation and 360 hours of community service. Adding some icing to the probation, the court ordered that he must avoid alcohol or any controlled substances!

According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Wayne "may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol" as long as he's on probation and he is also "prohibited from knowingly associating with any person engaged in criminal activity or any person with a criminal record without prior written approval from the probation department."

Wayne is required to submit to drug and alcohol testing.

It's what we call Freedom with a Twist! One funny thing is, Lil Wayne must first get parents judge's approval before he can go and hangout with some of his friends with criminal record.

Lil Wayne Released From Jail

Rapper Lil Wayne is now singing the beat of freedom after he was released from Rikers Island jail. He served eight months of his one-year term on a weapons conviction.

With his released, Lil Wayne tweeted two words: "aaaaaaahhhhhhmmmmm baaaaakkkkkkkkkk".
Lil Wayne's real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., was arrested July of 2007 for carrying a gun found inside his bag when police pulled over his tour bus in New York

While Lil Wayne is behind bars, he released his latest album titled “I Am Not a Human Being”.

Rapper Lil' Wayne, who is now serving his jail time over gun possession is now facing some disciplinary after he was found to have a pair of headphones and an MP3 charger in his cell.
According to TMZ, Weezy will be in punitive segregation, but he was already in a private cell. The difference is ... now he will have less interaction with inmates and will spend up to 23 hours a day in an isolation cell.

His out-of-cell time is now restricted to visits, religious services and one hour of recreational time and his phone privileges are reduced to one personal phone call a week.
It seems Lil' Wayne is receiving some privileges in the house and throwing him to a solitary confinement is the best way to go!


Lil Wayne Valentine's Jail Day


Rapper Lil Wayne has a new venue in Valentine's Day as the Manhattan state court served his prison date on February 9 after pleading guilty to weapons charges.

Lil Wayne's next album, "Rebirth," is due for release Feb. 1.

Lil Wayne pleaded guilty for gun possession

Rapper Lil Wayne pleaded guilty to attempted weapon possession after being caught July of 2007 for carrying a gun found inside a Louis Vuitton bag when police pulled over his tour bus in New York. Wayne is expecting a one year jail term and his sentencing, set for February..

He also facing a trial for felony drug possession and weapon possession in Arizona. Scheduled for trial in March.

Lil Wayne is adding another Wayne (Carter) in this world.

Lil Wayne is expecting a child with actress Lauren London. He confirmed the baby news in his recent L.A. radio show interview.
“Lauren London, she fine. She very pregnant with your baby,” host Fuzzy said during an interview with Los Angeles Power 106 on Tuesday (August 18), to which Wayne responded, “Very pregnant, yes.”
This will be Wayne’s third child. He has two children with ex-wife Toya Carter.
