Montana Fishburne enters inpatient facility for anger management issues

Montana Fishburne also known as Chippy D (porn star alyas) has decided to check herself into an inpatient facility that specializes in anger management, behavioral problems and mental illnesses.

She will be spending at least 30 days to conquer her anger issues and she will undergo diagnostic tests to determine if there are underlying behavioral or mental issues.

Montana is currently facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon and her alleged victim is her boyfriend's ex. The incident happened last February.

It seems this is a move that they will present to the court. Montana is being represented by Shawn Chapman Holley (Lindsay Lohan's lawyer).

Laurence Fishburne helping Montana on her legal troubles

Despite being very upset with his daughter Montana and her porn decision, Laurence Fishburne secretly helping her daughter in her legal bills.

The legal bills is not about Montana's sex tape. According to TMZ, "Laurence who hired Montana's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, to represent her in an ongoing assault with a deadly weapon case".

Montana aka Chippy D is also facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon and her alleged victim is her boyfriend's ex. The incident happened last February.

Laurence shows her concern to her daughter even though Montana continuously to embarrassed her father.

Montana Fishburne finally talked to her father Laurence for the first time since unveiling her decision to enter the porn industry and the reaction is expected, the CSI actor is not happy with it!

Montana revealed that her father told her that at this moment he wants nothing to do with her.

Laurence said, "I'm not going to speak with you 'till you turn your life around. You embarrassed me."

Laurence also added, "You used your last name. No one uses their real name in porn."

Montana Fishburne facing charges of assault with deadly weapon

Aside from having problem with her father, rising porn star Montana Fishburne is also facing problems with the law!

Beside being arrested for prostitution November last year which she pleaded no contest for criminal trespass for lesser sentence of two year probation, Montana aka Chippy D is also facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon and her alleged victim is her boyfriend's ex.

According to TMZ, "Montana was arrested last February after allegedly barging into the alleged victim's home (the complaint does not give her name), forcing her into the bathroom and beating the crap out of her. We're told the victim had "significant injuries."

"Fishburne's boyfriend, Jerome Greene, was also charged in the attack against his ex-girlfriend but already pled no contest to domestic battery."

Montana pleaded not guilty to battery, false imprisonment and assault with a deadly weapon. Atty. Shawn Chapman Holley is representing her.

Montana, who is offered with multi-picture porn deal is really making headline but it seems the assault charges will play a big role in analyzing her existing probation.

Vivid Entertainment offered Montana Fishburne multi-picture porn deal

Vivid Entertainment is reportedly overwhelmed with the success and popularity of Montana Fishburne's sex tape debut in which 25,000 copies of it are now sold out. Vivid is now offering her a multi-picture deal.

According to TMZ, "Vivid has officially offered Laurence Fishburne's 19-year-old daughter -- aka "Chippy D" -- a multi-picture deal to cash in on all the success ... although it's not clear how many adult flicks that actually entails."

Montana shared that she's always wanted to do porn and she's very happy that people close to his father Laurence Fishburne failed to block her sex tape.

XXX star Montana tells TMZ that her mother Hajna Moss-Fishburne said, "She loves me and is concerned and worried about me. She wants me to be ok and wants whatever is best for me."

It seems sexual experience will be no problem for Montana as she was arrested for prostitution last year.

Fishburne pleaded no contest for criminal trespass and the court agreed to drop charges of solicitation and loitering in a public area. She was sentenced to two years' probation and 15 days in jail, but was able to do community service, AIDS test and classes.

The court gave strict orders that Montana must not attempt and charge money for sex, have sex in public or a place “exposed to public view” and loiter in alleys or public streets “with the intent to solicit acts of prostitution.”

Is Montana aka "Chippy D" violating her probation for doing her adult film? It seems like doing XXX tape can be considered as charging money for sex. Hmmm....

"I am not in porn to get into acting. I am in porn because I wanted to be in porn," she says bluntly.

Montana admits that her father is upset and mad after she didn't tell about her hardcore plans but she's hoping that her father will understand it. Her upcoming sex tape will be released by Vivid Entertainment on Aug. 10.

Close friends of Laurence Fishburne made some moves to block the upcoming release of the said sex tape.

According to TMZ, "They hired famed attorney Yale Galanter to make the offer to Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch with the million dollar deal but at the time Galanter reached Hirsch ... the DVDs had already shipped out."

Hirsch said, "It's true that we had several conversations with Mr. Galanter. We would have stopped shipment but it was too late. We continue to have the utmost respect for all involved."

Montana's Porn Decision: Laurence Fishburne is Upset and Mad

Many are waiting for Laurence Fishburne’s reaction about the hardcore move of his daughter Montana Fishburne aka Chippy D in pursuing her career in the porn industry. Montana didn't tell her father about her plans but she's hoping that her father will understand her.

Montana told TMZ, “[My dad] is very upset. I heard that he’s mad at me but I haven’t spoken to him yet. I feel pretty confident that I can work things out with him.”

“I think he wants to support me in everything I do, and though he sees this now as a negative, I believe in time he will view it as a positive.”

Laurence will never see this as positive. No father will agree that his daughter will engaged in this career path. Montana must realize the word RESPECT!
