Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerbe: Extortion victims

Another celebrity extortion is headlining the news again. Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber are receiving threats and being targeted for extortion, over a photo of their eight year-old daughter, Kaia. The photo shows Kaia tied up to a chair and gagged.

According to TMZ, "Edis Kayalar, a friend of a former nanny of Crawford and husband Rande Gerber, was threatening to sell the photo of the couple's 7-year-old daughter (the age when the photo was taken).

Crawford's rep says the photo was taken as part of a game of cops and robbers, without Crawford's knowledge. The docs say the nanny took the photos as a "prank" and that Kayalar stole the picture from her."

Kayalar was arrested and deported to Germany for his fist attempt of extortion but continue to extort money by calling the Crawfords from Germany.

George Clooney helps Pal Rande Gerber Against Sexual Harassment charges

The former cape crusader came to rescue his friend who is allegedly involved in a groping incident and now facing sexual harassment charges.

George Clooney is defending his friend-Cindy Crawford's husband Rande Gerber after former Moonstone Lounge employees claimed that their boss Rande attempted to kiss them and and feel them up.

For the defense, Gerber's BFF George Clooney said in a statement, "I was with Rande the entire night -- as were a lot of people. They will all say the same thing that I'm saying. This event never happened. Period."

Gerber's rep. tells TMZ that "Mr. Gerber and Mr. Clooney are willing to take a lie detector tests to prove that the allegations against Mr. Gerber are false. Mr. Gerber will not settle this extortion case even for a single dollar and will take all actions necessary to clear his name, including filing a $10 million lawsuit for malicious prosecution once these allegations are proven false."

George Clooney is now presenting his credibility and integrity to defend his friend.

Cindy Crawford's Husband Sued for Sexual Harassment (groping)

Cindy Crawford's husband and owner of Midnight Oil chain of bars and lounges Rande Gerber was slapped with a lawsuit for sexual harassment by a pair of former female employees who claims that Gerber groped and kiss them.

According to TMZ, "the lawsuit filed in March in San Diego County Superior Court, two former waitresses claim they were fired from a restaurant owned by Gerber's company for refusing to give in to the advances of Gerber and other managers where they worked."

One of the women claims Gerber attempted to kiss her three times during the night, then "put his hand up [her] dress in between her legs in an attempt to fondle her crotch."

The two ladies are seeking for unspecified damages but for Gerber Group spokesperson "the allegation is baseless".
