Katy Perry found love and acceptance in the special live-action segment Christmas episode of The Simpsons!

Wearing a low cut dress, Perry plays bartender Moe's girlfriend and she also gave a passionate hug to Mr. Burns.

The "Firework" singer got her chance with the Simpsons after her "Sesame Street" segment with Elmo was rated too hot for TV. Perry's "Sesame Street" clip with Elmo has been pulled from the show after parents complained about the singer's cleavage-baring dress.

Katy Perry to Guest Star on "The Simpsons"

Looks like Katy Perry found some new liberal friends via "The Simpsons" after her "Sesame Street" segment with Elmo was rated too hot for TV.

The 25 yer-old pop singer will appear on The Simpsons for a special Christmas-themed episode titled "The Fight Before Christmas", airing on December 5. She will appear as herself in a live-action segment that will feature the Simspon characters as puppets.

Executive Producer Al Jean said: “In the wake of Elmo’s terrible betrayal, the Simpsons puppets wish to announce they stand felt-shoulder-to-shoulder with Katy Perry.”

Katy Perry will also perform "The 39 Days of Christmas” with the other characters.

Just recently, Katy Perry’s kid-friendly duet of her hit "Hot N Cold" with Elmo became controversial and the unaired Sesame Street sketch appearance has been pulled from the show after parents complained about the singer's cleavage-baring dress.

Halle Berry guest star in "The Simpsons"

Halle Berry is about to get Simpsonized!

The 42 year-old actress will play herself in an upcoming Simpsons episode which will shows a "satire of the different Oscar acceptances", airing early 2011,

Exec producer Al Jean tells EW, "Halle is presenting a trophy at the Academy Awards, which features Bart and Homer as nominees for their animated short that’s based on Bart’s cartoon webseries Angry Dad."

Marge Simpson goes nude for Playboy

Iconic animated TV mom Marjorie "Marge" Simpson will be flaunting her naked body in the cover of the upcoming November 2009 issue of Playboy Magazine. It is a three-page pictorial to mark the 20th anniversary of "The Simpsons."

Marge still got the body even though busy juggling with her three child (Bart, Lisa, Maggie) and crazy-funny husband Homer.

Previously, Marge Simpson has also engaged in a lesbian passionate kissing with her friend Lindsay Neagle.

"The Simpsons" movie sequel - not at this time

No sequel at this time for the famous animated family "The Simpsons", the creators shared that the possibility of a movie sequel is at least not until the TV series finally wraps.

According to Variety, Matt Groening and showrunner Al Jean said that making the series and producing the movie was so exhausting that a sequel remains a distant prospect.

"It took 18 years to get around to doing the movie," Groening said. "We got very frustrated. We thought it would take two years but it ended up taking four. Some day maybe we'll do another one -- but don't hold your breath."

If that is the case, it will be a very long time.
