DUI in their genes. Paris Hilton younger brother Barron Hilton was arrested for DUI violations and now on bail.
According to Pagesix, Barron was driving a black Mercedes on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu and Barron Hilton allegedly struck a gas station attendant with his car
The worker, Fernando Tellez, was not hurt when Barron's black Mercedes bowled into him between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m., but he insisted on calling the cops.
"I was knocked to the ground," Tellez claimed to PageSix.com. "The Mercedes lost control as it was turning into the gas station and Barron got out of the car and he was totally drunk and couldn't walk straight."
According to TMZ, Barron called her sister Paris Hilton to bail him out.
Paris rejected her brother's request, telling her 18-year-old brother, "You're going to learn your lesson." TMZ also knows Paris was "very upset and very disappointed in him."
TMZ adds, his sis told him to take a hike when he called her to help bail him out, so his buddies had to call in a bail bondsman.
