No jail time for Paris Hilton after she agree with the plea deal she made with prosecutors. The socialite pleaded guilty to her cocaine possession case and and obstructing an officer in Las Vegas.

The court sentenced 29-year-old heiress to a year of probation, pay $2000 in fines, complete 200 hours of community service and she must attend a substance abuse program.

Clark County Detention Center Justice of the Peace Joe Bonaventure, told Hilton, "The purpose here is to change your conduct. [The Clark County Detention Center] is not the Waldorf=Astoria."

The judge warned her that if she is arrested for anything but a minor traffic violation over the next year, she will be put into jail.

Paris Hilton avoided jail time after the plea deal she made with prosecutors, accepting two misdemeanors charges of drug possession and obstructing an officer in connection with her Aug. 27 cocaine arrest in Las Vegas. She will be sentenced to a year of probation.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, If Hilton is arrested during her probation, she will have to serve a full year in jail, according to the plea deal.

"Defendant shall stay out of trouble. Defendant agrees that an arrest for any charge, excluding minor traffic violations for which a citation is issued, shall result in the immediate termination of her probation and the execution of the suspended sentences."

Paris must also complete a substance abuse program, pay a $2,000 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Paris Hilton was charged with felony cocaine possession

Paris Hilton was charged with felony cocaine possession in connection with her weekend arrest in Las Vegas.

Police found in her purse are .8 grams of cocaine, rolling papers commonly used for marijuana and a broken tablet of Albuterol. Her trouble started when the car driven by her boyfriend Cy Waits was pulled over in Las Vegas.

To avoid too much attention, Paris asked to go to the bathroom inside the Wynn hotel. Paris told the cop she needed lip balm so the cop handed Paris her purse: "As she began to open it, I saw a small bindle of what I believed to be cocaine in a clear baggie begin to fall from the purse and into my hand."

Paris claimed ownership of a broken Albuterol pill but denies that she own the purse and especially the cocaine. She gave a hilarious excuse, "She said she had not seen it, but now thought it was gum."

She also claims that she had borrowed it from a friend. Hmmm....I Smell Lies!!

Hilton is scheduled for arraignment on Oct. 27, She is facing four years in prison if convicted.

Paris Hilton not worried over drug arrest; thanks her fans for "love and support"

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton continues to shows that she can handle the situation and not worried over her recent arrest for cocaine possession.

Paris even joked about her recent controversy by telling her twitter followers to catch her on the news.

She tweeted, “Hey Las Vegas! Turn on Channel 3 News Now xox.”

Still, the 29 year-old socialite thanks her fans for the support and understanding.

She tweeted, "I'm so thankful to all my fans for all the love and support you are giving me. Thank you all. Love you so much. Love Paris xoxo"

Her lawyer David Chernoff is urging the public "not to rush to judgment". Her "drugs aren’t mine” excuse was used to often and Paris must now face the consequences.

Paris Hilton's David Chernoff released statement regarding his client's arrest over cocaine possession.

"Paris Hilton was released this morning on her own recognizance. This matter will be dealt with in the courts not in the media and I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law. There will be no interviews and no more comments at this time."

Paris Hilton was arrested for cocaine possession after the car that she was riding was pulled over by police outside the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas on Friday night (August 27). Her boyfriend Cy Waits, who is driving the car was also arrested for DUI.

Paris was booked around 2 a.m. and released on her own recognizance. With her arrest, the 29 year-old heiress immediately hired Las Vegas attorney David Chesnoff.

Paris is now claiming the purse, in which the cocaine was found, was not even hers. The “drugs aren’t mine” is the same defense she used when she was caught in South Africa for port possession.

Paris Hilton's intruder with Knives arrested; suspect Nathan Lee Parada has criminal past

Paris Hilton escaped a dangerous situation after cops arrested man carrying two knives as he tries to break into her home in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning (August 24).

Paris uploaded a photo and she tweeted, “So Scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding 2 big knifes. Cops are here arresting him.”

The suspect was identified as Nathan Lee Parada. LAPD charged him with a felony burglary and he is currently being held on $50,000 bail.

Nathan Lee Parada is also involved in breaking into a department store last month.

According to radaronline, Parada "was arrested in Redlands, CA on July 26 when he allegedly broke into a Kohl’s and took over $20,000.00 worth of jewelry from the store. He also allegedly defaced the front of the store and the window with graffiti and other inscribed material. The damage to the storefront was in excess of $400.00."

"Parada has been charged by the San Bernardino County District Attorney with Burglary, Grand Theft and Vandalism and is scheduled to be arraigned late next month."

Paris can now sleep again peacefully with this man behind bars.

Paris Hilton is not making a Nazi salute, rep. says

Socialite Paris Hilton is in the hot seat after photos of her surfaced online which shows her doing the Nazi salute while partying in a yacht in the French Riviera but the heiress rep. quickly denies the Nazi action and insisted that she was just dancing and scratching her face at the same time.

The rep told RadarOnline, “This is totally false. The photos are misrepresented. Paris did not make a reference to Hitler. Much of her family is Jewish as are the majority of her friends and she is very upset and offended at the allegations.

"She was wearing a captains hat given to her in a club, it was not military — and that the photos show her with her arm up, she was dancing with both her arms up, scratched her face with one of her hands. That provided the basis for photographers to make these erroneous claims.”

Paris Hilton is returning again doing wild party lifestyle and I said it before, Paris is just drunk and foolishly careless in this incident. She's not like Jesse James!

Paris Hilton arrested for Marijuana in France; Paris denies the report

Paris Hilton is reportedly busted for possession of marijuana again and authorities found the weeds in her handbag after arriving at the airport in Figari, Corsica on a private jet from Paris, France. (July 16)

The 29 year-old socialite was detained by police for carrying less than a gram of cannabis but no charges was slap on her and she was immediately released.

Paris denies the reported news via her twitter.

"Just to put an end to these rumors. The stories saying I have been arrested are completely false! I am having the best vacation of my life! What an amazing summer! Early this month, Paris was also detained in South Africa while watching a World Cup match between Brazil and the Netherlands. She was also busted carrying/smoking pot but her friend Jennifer Rovero pled guilty to the incident which saves her ass.

Paris Hilton Detained For Marijuana Possession but later on the charges was dropped

Paris Hilton can now continue to enjoy the World Cup fever after she found innocent in the marijuana-smoking case.

Paris and her friends was detained and arrested/questioned on suspicion of possession of marijuana during the exciting quarterfinal match between Brazil vs Netherlands at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.

After the investigation, authorities dropped the charges against the socialite after her co-accused, Jennifer Rovero admitted guilty of smoking and possession of cannabis.

Paris Hilton tweeted that she's fine and still in high world cup spirit:

"Hey guys, there's a lot of crazy rumors going around. Just want you all to know the truth. Everything is completely fine. I was not charged or arrested, cause I didn't do anything. I was assisting the police with the investigation and answering their questions. Everyone was super nice and friendly to me. I love South Africa! Hilton's rep. said the incident was just a "misunderstanding."

Hilton pleaded no contest in 2007 to alcohol-related reckless driving and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. She only served 23 days in jail.

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt's break up pointed to Kendhal Beal

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt's relationship and public display of affection seems endless but it ended instantly. Emerging reports that the break up was caused by a third party -a younger, hotter blonde model named Kendhal Beal.

Reportedly, a very jealous Paris Hilton made a commotion scene with Doug and attacking Kendhal by throwing fruit and ice cubes.

We're told she was texting him all night and then showed up at his house at 4 AM this morning, banging on his door. Apparently Doug succumbed to her charm ... which means he scored."
