Despite reports that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel has split up ending almost three year relationship, other reports says: the relationship is still much ON!

Usmag broke the news about the couple's splitsville and their source says Justin broke up with Jessica over the phone about a month ago.

New reports tells that the couple have not broken up and they were spotted holding hands while leaving a restaurant in Northern California.

"They're together," says an insider. "They're not breaking up. Any time they spend time apart it's because they're working."

It also reported that even though their still together, the couple's going through a rough-patch due to priorities.

Dennis Hopper Hospitalized!

Veteran actor Dennis Hopper was rushed to an unknown hospital in New York City on Wednesday (September 30).

Reportedly, the 73 year-old Easy Rider star is wearing an oxygen mask. His rep. said that Hopper is merely suffering from a flulike stomach ailment.

Dennis has canceled his appearances on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and the Today Show.

After twenty years, local police captures the murderer of the older brother of a young boy. Now a doctor, he must go back to his old town and face the murderers himself. He then discovers that the murderers are Aswangs (folkloric Filipino vampire-like creatures) and they pose a deadly threat not only to him but also for the entire town.

DJ AM's death ruled as an accident

The untimely death of Adam Goldstein aka DJ AM last August has been ruled an accident by the New York City medical examiner’s office.

Results shows that DJ AM died due to "intoxication" which they found cocaine, oxycodone, hydrocodone, Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Benadryl and levamisole (a drug used to cut cocaine with).

Rachael Kneeland (Bella): Eddie Furlong is "smoking cocaine" and will hire people with "chains and bats"

Rachael Kneeland (Rachel Bella) claims that her life is in deep danger against his husband-Actor Eddie Furlong, request for restraining order was granted by the court.

According to People, Rachael claims that "Furlong grabbed me, bruised me, pushed me ... left messages saying he would hire people to come and beat me with chains and bats. He is smoking cocaine and doing other various drugs. He is very unpredictable."

Terminator 2: Judgment Day star was ordered by the court to stay 100 yards away from Kneeland and no visitation rights for their 3-year-old son.

The couple ended their three-year marriage and filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences" last July 2009.

Founder of Jeepney Music label and Black Eyed Peas' member apl.de.ap who is a proud Filipino is asking the international community for international aid for the victims of tropical storm "Ondoy" (international name: Ketsana).

Apl.de.ap released a statement, "My heart is broken to see so many of my Filipino brothers and sisters hurt by this disaster. We must all bond together and move forward to restore the city we hold dear. I'm asking the global community for their support and donations to assist the thousands of Filipinos affected by this tragedy."

He requests those interested in helping victims can donate through the Apl Foundation relief fund.

Actress Emmy Rossum and Justin Siegel kept their marriage secret for less than two years until it was discovered after their split last August. Now, Emmy Rossum's husband is officially filing for divorce, citing the famous divorce reason "irreconcilable differences".

According to TMZ, "The docs show Justin wants the court to make Emmy pay for the cost of the divorce -- and he wants spousal support."

The future ex-couple got married in February of 2008 and had no children.

The reality star "walked down the outdoor aisle in a Vera Wang gown on the arm of her stepfather, Bruce Jenner, with sisters Kim and a pregnant Kourtney at her side."

In attendance were Odom's Laker teammate Ron Artest, Kobe Bryant with his wife Vanessa, coach Phil Jackson, Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Osbourne, Brittny Gastineau, Chelsea Handler and many more..

Odom has two children from previous relationship with Liza Morales. He recently signed a four-year, $33 million contract with the Lakers.

Director Roman Polanski arrested

After avoiding the sex charges and fleeing the United States in 1978, Director Roman Polanski was finally arrested during his entry in Switzerland to attend the Zurich Film Festival.

Polanski pleaded guilty to having sex with a 13-year-old girl in 1977 but then fled the United States before he could be sentenced.

According to Apnews, "The Swiss statement said Polanski was in "provisional detention for extradition," but added he would not be transferred to U.S. authorities until all proceedings are completed. Polanski can contest his detention and any extradition decision in the Swiss courts, it said."

Zurich Film Festival is set to honor Polanski for lifetime achievement award.

According to Us, "Pressly's friend Danielle Manschulo -- who originally set her up with Singh -- served as matron of honor." and "Pressly's 2-year-old son Dezi James was the ringbearer."

Jaime's engagement to Simran was announced last July. She previously got engaged to DJ Eric Calvo (aka DJ Eric Cubiche) but on November 2008 they decided to split, Dezi James is the fruit of their relationship.

Holly Madison's new reality show entitled "Planet Holly"

Holly Madison gets her own reality series "Planet Holly" which will center on her life in the City of Sin and will start production on October 12.

In fact, I just hooked up my DVD player so I can look at all the episodes of her old TV show. Kris Aquino will work with Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson in a new teleserye

TV host/actress Kris Aquino recently revealed that she will be doing an ABS-CBN teleserye and this morning during the ABS-CBN's telethon for the victims of tropical storm "Ondoy", she shared that she will be working with Kapamilya top loveteam Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson.

The money that Kris will be earning in this new series will be use by her brother Noynoy for the 2010 presidential campaign.

Meanwhile, Kris will be having a new gameshow which will be coming out by first quarter of next year.

Vince Vaughn expressed that he is finally ready to settle down and start a family with his girlfriend, Kyla Weber.

Vince said, “It’s the first time that I really want to have kids. I’ve been very fortunate in my career, and my life has been about that for so long that you get bored of it. You’re ready for your life to be about other people and other things.”

Conan O'Brien got injured "hit his head"

Funny host Conan O'Brien got injured while filming a segment for his show and was unable to continue taping.

Here's NBC's statement via TMZ: "Tonight, NBC will broadcast a repeat of 'The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien.' Conan hit his head doing a stunt and the show was not finished."

Joking about the incident, O'Brien said that he recalled "enjoying the play with Mrs. Lincoln," and the next thing he was aware of was being served cookies and juice.

Stanley Tucci will join Christina Aguilera and Cher in the upcoming musical "Burlesque" which will be helm by Steve Antin.

Aguilera plays an ambitious small-town girl with a big voice who finds success in a neo-burlesque club reminiscent of the nightclub in Bob Fosse's "Cabaret." Tucci will play the manager of the Sunset Boulevard club and the best friend and confidante of Tess (Cher), a former dancer who takes the young girl under her wing. -Variety

Stanley has a certain charm that he always provide on every role that he played. Always a great addition... Shooting begins Nov. 9 with a release date set for Thanksgiving next year.

Burlesque will be Aguilera's first major role in a feature film. For Cher, her last film role was Stuck On You in 2003.
