Kardashians Sued for $75 million for pulling out from Kardashian Kard deal.

The Kardashian sisters - Kim, Khloe and Kourtney are now facing a hefty lawsuit with their refusal to endorsed the controversial "Kardashian Kard".

The Kardashian family declined to promote the said prepaid debit card after reports surfaced that the card carried tons of hidden, and possibly illegal fees.

TMZ reports that Revenue Resource Group, LLC filed a lawsuit in Fresno, Calif., claiming the Kardashians breached their contract when they pulled out from MasterCard-approved prepaid debit card deal which  resulted to a bad publicity. RRG claimed that the sisters signed a two-year deal and now, RRG wants $75 million in damages.

Investigations is being conducted if the prepaid debit card violated state laws to protect consumers. The Kardashians claimed that they had no idea the card carrying different hidden fees. If your asking how outrageous are the fees, click HERE.

Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom gets own reality show

The Kardashians reality empire continues to spread out as Khloe Kardashian and her husband Lamar Odom are getting their own reality TV show which will focus on their married life. 

An insider tells USmag, "It shoots in the spring. They're so cute, playing off one another."

The couple are making regular appearances on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" and the spin-off "Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami".

Khloe will be surely at the spotlight. Viewers are surely interested on how she as a wife and stepmom to Lamar’s two children.

Checkout the growing clan of the Kardashians' in their glamorous attire for their 2010 Christmas card!

Kim Kardashian blogged, "Every year the whole family gets together to take pics for our family Christmas card. This year was extra special because we had a new addition to the family… little Mason! We went super glam this year and each went for our own look".

Khloe also blogged, "Christmas cards have always been a REALLY big deal in my family. For as long as I can remember, my mom has made it a point to go all out, whether it was a ninja turtles themed card, or bringing a Santa into the mix, each year she always managed to top the year before. I'd have to say though that our card this year might be my favorite. It turned out beautifully -- just SO glam! Plus, Mason is in it, which makes it even more special. Look at him standing there in his pinstripe suit, SUCH A LITTLE GENTLEMAN!!! LOL. I love it!"

Kardashian Sisters cancelling the ties with Kardashian Kard (prepaid debit card )

The Kardashian sisters - Kim, Khloe and Kourtney doesn't want to be involved anymore with the prepaid debit card that they previously endorsed after it was discovered that it carries high fees.

Last November 10, the "Kardashian Kard" was launched and it received a significant complains from consumers. Investigations is being conducted if the prepaid debit card violated state laws to protect consumers.

Kardashians' Legal counsel said: "The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults. Unfortunately, the negative spotlight turned on the Kardashians as a result of the Attorney General's comments and actions threatens everything for which they have worked."

If your asking how outrageous are the fees:

• Just to buy the card and use it costs $59.95 for six months, or $99.95 for 12 months.
• After those six or 12 months are up, it costs $7.95 a month to use the card.
• Users have to pay $1.50 to withdraw cash from an ATM, and $1 to check their balance.
• Talking to a customer representative on the phone costs $1.50 for each call.
• Cancellation of the card costs $6.

Also, according to the terms and conditions on the Kardashian Kard website.

"Losing the card results in a charge of $9.95. If the loss is reported within two days, then losses are limited to $50. But if the loss or theft is not reported, and the issuer believes the user knew it was lost or stolen, then losses could be as high as $500."

It's a financial chaos. The people affiliated with the card blindsided their consumers.

Kim Kardashian explained the incident happened at NYC's Juliet Supper Club in which a jealous woman threw a drink at her.

Kim wrote on her blog, "I want to address this because everyone has been asking me if I’m ok after the bar fight last night. I’m totally fine, guys!"

"Last night Kourtney, Scott, Khloe and I went out to a bar to have a fun night on Khloe’s last night in NYC. A drunk male fan came up to me and asked to take a picture, and I obliged, but his girlfriend, who was also drunk, got a little out of hand."

"Luckily I had Scott and Khloe there to protect me. None of us were drinking… we just wanted a fun family night out, but when people see the cameras rolling, they try to get attention and I guess that’s what happened when the drunk girl saw that we were filming KKTNY. I always take the high road, so we all left straight after and didn’t feed into their drama. Ok, moving on!"

Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom: First Wedding Anniversary

Many says that their marriage will only last for a couple of weeks and some bet for just couple of months. Now, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom celebrates their first year Anniversary!

The reality star is still in a bliss and she feels that her marriage with Lamar will last longer.

Khloe blogged, A year ago today I married my best friend. I am so excited to be celebrating our one year anniversary!!!! I can't believe it has been a year already, it feels like we just got married yesterday, but at the same time I can't believe it has ONLY been a year. I feel like sooooo much has happened in just one year. My life has changed so much, and I as a person have changed even more. I have never been happier, never been so at peace, never been so in love. I am a better person because of Lamar. I laugh constantly! He brings so much laughter, happiness and fun to my life yet he also keeps me calm and grounded. I feel like I truly discovered myself the moment I met Lamar. 365 days have passed since we got married and each and every one of those days my husband has been the first thing I think of when I wake up, and the last thing before I go to sleep. I truly wish this kind of happiness upon everyone, I feel so blessed.

Happy anniversary to the love of my life! Thank you for everything you have given me. I love you. I can't wait for our 80th wedding anniversary!

Kardashian sisters Autobiography - Book Cover

The Kardashian sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe will be releasing an autobiography in November and Kim posted via her blog, the book’s cover.

Kim wrote, "Dolls, what do you think of the book cover for our autobiography, ‘Kardashian Konfidential’!?

Kourt, Khloe and I worked together on this fab book and we hope we’ve created something you are all going to love!!!

We are all so excited for the book to be released in November and can’t wait to hear what you guys all think of it. You might find out some things about us you didn’t know before… ;)"

Flaunting their lives in reality shows are not enough, so revealing insights and past experience about the Kardashian sisters will be shared in this book.

Khloe Kardashian in debt with the state of California

Khloe Kardashian failed to do her legal obligation to the state of California.

The 26 year-old reality star reportedly owes $18,490 in back taxes and the debt began in 2007, the same year that hit show Keeping Up With the Kardashians premiered.

Her husband/Lakers forward Lamar Odom will surely provide the money to seal the hole on Khloe's problem.

Vanessa Bryant talks about feud with Khloe Kardashian

The rumored feud between Kobe Bryant’s wife Vanessa Bryant and Lamar Odom's wife Khloe Kardashian is gaining media attention but Vanessa denies the said "hate" issue and she wants to set the record straight.

Vanessa told ET, "I have been a Laker wife for the past 10 years and I've never had an issue with anyone, especially any of the Laker wives. Celebrating your first NBA championship is an exciting time, I know because I've shared five along with my husband. My focus will remain spending quality time with my husband and children this summer. I look forward to supporting the Lakers on their quest for another championship next season."

It was reported by In Touch Weekly' that allegedly Vanessa really "hates" Khloe and her entire family for being attention seekers. Also allegedly, Vanessa refuses to invite Khloe to events with the other Lakers wives.

Kobe Bryant’s wife Vanessa Bryant is definitely the most famous Lakers wife and it seems Khloe Kardashian is starting to take all the attention. Now, In Touch Weekly' is reporting that allegedly Vanessa really "hates" Khloe and her entire family for being attention seekers.

In Touch Weekly reports: Khloé Kardashian is feeling unloved — not because of her husband, Lamar Odom, but because of one of his Lakers teammates’ wives.

According to an insider, Kobe Bryant’s wife, Vanessa, “hates” Khloé and her entire family, whom she sees as attention-grabbing fame-seekers. And instead of hiding her feelings, Vanessa refuses to have anything to do with the 26-year-old. “She won’t sit anywhere near Khloé at Lakers games,” the insider reveals, adding that because of Vanessa’s dislike of her, Khloé has been shut out of the tight-knit circle the other Lakers’ wives have formed. “At a dinner for the wives, Vanessa didn’t want to invite Khloé,” the insider shares. “She said Khloé is a ‘fake wife,’ and she didn’t want fake wives there.” The feeling is mutual. The insider says Khloé and Vanessa have “gotten into fights” in the past. And at the Lakers’ NBA Finals game on June 17, Khloé brought Lamar’s two children, as well as her mom, Kris, and siblings Kim, Rob, Kendall and Kylie — and they all stayed far away from Vanessa.

Intensely pumping up their E! reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" fourth season, K sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe posed together in a revealing sexy hot black lingerie in their latest promotional poster.

Their are so many thing happened with Kardashians this year and the poster tagline "What a difference a year makes," is very appropriate.

The show premiere on December 13.

Kim Kardashian: "I am toned, fit and at a healthy weight"

Kim Kardashian is overjoyed and she's happy to flaunt the result of her fitness goal and she shared some photos alongside with her sister Khloe.

Kim wrote, "I Twittered one of these pics last week, but I wanted to share the rest with you guys here. I really feel like I have reached my fitness goal and now I am toned, fit and at a healthy weight and I just need to keep it up!"

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom got the love ink

Still high in their whirlwind romance, newly weds Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are sealing their love once again with matching tattoos on their hand (name initials) at at Tattoo Mania in Los Angeles. (October 24)

On Khloe's blog, she said: Saturday night Lamar and I were eating at Sunset Plaza and I just said, "Let's go to Tattoo Mania! I want a tattoo!" I think the best tattoo experiences are the spontaneous ones, because that way you are not only left with the tattoo, but an amazing memory to go along with it!

I'm definitely a believer in tattoos as long as they are thoughtful and have significant meaning, which all of mine do. On my wrist I have "I love you" in my father's handwriting and on my lower back I have a cross and angel wings with "Daddy" written above it in honor of my father and now I have my husband's initials "LO". Tattoos are something you'll have for the rest of your life so it's important to get one that truly means something to you.

When we were at dinner, I just knew I wanted a tattoo for Lamar in the web of my hand, and then once we got to the shop we decided on getting each other's initials. I got "LO" in cursive on my right hand and he got "KO" on both hands. I love how my tattoo flows with the one I already have. It's special to me, which is why I believe it's worth it when it symbolizes something or someone that is important to you.

I hope their relationship stay strong because many ex-couples regret it having the tattoo initials of their ex.

Lamar Odom on baby plans: ""Maybe one day"

After settling their pre-nup deals, new couple Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are still cherishing their whirlwind romance and they have no baby plans yet.

Lamar told Usmag, "Maybe one day, hopefully. That's what kings and queens are put on the earth for, to have offspring."

Sometimes if you are not expecting, the blessing will just pop up.

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian reached pre-nup deal

Laker forward Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian unity will now be official as the newly weds signed the papers with their pre-nup agreement details.

According to RadarOnline, "The pre-nuptial agreement was hammered out late last week, and the wedding license for the couple is expected to be officially filed early this week."

As Lamar gets to keep his earnings, Khloe will also keep her earnings but she will receive some extra perks.

Khloe will get $500,000 for every year they were married, $25,000 a month in general support, their new house, a new luxury vehicle at the end of every lease cycle, $5,000 a month for shopping and $1,000 for beauty care.

Khloe Kardashian Lamar Odom: Married!!!

The whirlwind romance continues as Khloe Kardashian and LA Lakers forward Lamar Odom tied the knot at a private residence in Beverly Hills.

The reality star "walked down the outdoor aisle in a Vera Wang gown on the arm of her stepfather, Bruce Jenner, with sisters Kim and a pregnant Kourtney at her side."

In attendance were Odom's Laker teammate Ron Artest, Kobe Bryant with his wife Vanessa, coach Phil Jackson, Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Osbourne, Brittny Gastineau, Chelsea Handler and many more..

Odom has two children from previous relationship with Liza Morales. He recently signed a four-year, $33 million contract with the Lakers.

Lamar Odom canceled his bachelor party and decided to have a private dinner

No stripper poles and lap dancing for Lamar Odom in his bachelor party and decided to have boring dinner.

Odom tells TMZ: "I am extremely thankful to Joe Francis and Rob Kardashian, for agreeing to host my bachelor party this evening at Hollywood hot spot Les Deux.

I regret, I will have to cancel this event because I have now decided to have a private dinner with my teammates, a few close friends and of course Joe Francis and Rob Kardashian."

It is the last few moment before you will be hang and there's no party. Hmmm.... It seems Odom's concentration is really focus on soon to be wife Khloe Kardashian.

He and Khloé Kardashian are planning to tie the knot on Sunday.

Couple of days ago rumored talks of marriage are popping up for reality star Khloe Kardashian and her LA Lakers beau Lamar Odom. Now, they are reportedly getting married this Sunday (September 27).

"It's at a private residence in LA," a close friend of Khloé's tells Life & Style. "The wedding planner, photographer, groomsmen and bridesmaids have all been chosen."

"It's chaos at the Kardashian household!" the friend adds.

Only about a month of dating, definitely a whirlwind romance for Khloe and Lamar.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom thinking about Marriage

Why wait if you feel that this is it? Khloe Kardashian and beau Lamar Odom are reportedly thinking of the big M (marriage). It's been about a month since they went public and expresses their happiness together.

According to Us, "Khloe and Lamar want to get married before Lamar has to go away for training, and the [basketball] season starts up [this fall]."

"They are hoping to pull together a wedding within the next two weeks so they can get married and have time for a honeymoon," continues the source. "They haven't decided where they will say 'I Do,' but they are scouting out numerous locations, including Khloe's family home in Calabasas, [Calif.]."

It seems the dating couple are in the peak of their happiness.
