Anne Curtis & Claudine Barretto joins "Pinoy Henyo" of "Eat Bulaga" (Video) - Funny!!!

The chic-gorgeous Anne Curtis and Claudine Barretto visited GMA-7's noontime show "Eat Bulaga" to promote their upcoming drama movie "IN YOUR EYES" and to make the visit special, the two joined the popular game segment "Pinoy Henyo".

The two actress really delivered some fun and the cute-funny highlight in the game is when Anne Curtis says the word "Kangkong" with an accent.

Viva Films and GMA Films brings you “In Your Eyes”, a romantic-drama flick which will makes you think twice and will touch your heart in different ways, starring Claudine Barretto, Anne Curtis and Richard Gutierrez.

The plot is set partly at the urban city of Los Angeles, California. The story revolves in an unexpected love triangle between Ciara (Claudine Baretto), Julia (Anne Curtis) and Storm (Richard Gutierrez). Ciara worked in the United States to sustain her younger sister’s need. She devoted much of her time working until such time when she was caught in trap by a storm. After 8 years in United States, she was reunited with her younger sister Julia. Storm, Julia’s boyfriend joined her in the United States. In desperation to get an immigrant status, Ciara, Julia and Storm made a deal. This deal put them into a more complicated situation.

Other cast includes Joel Torre, Maricar de Mesa, Leandro Muñoz and CJ Javarata.

Sunshine Dizon plays a Widow in Claudine Barretto's drama series

Expect A-class acting skills performance from Claudine Barretto and award winning versatile actress Sunshine Dizon, who plays a widow in the upcoming episode of GMA-7's drama anthology "Claudine".

In the episode titled "Love Thy Neighbor," she takes on the role of Melba, a poor woman who loses her husband to a freak accident. Melba crosses paths with Janet (played by Claudine Barretto), a woman whose fate runs somehow parallel with hers.

As they struggle to cope with the pains and losses in their lives, still the question of whose fault the accident is remains. Will they be able to recover from the tragedy that struck both their lives? Does time really heal all wounds?

Other cast icludes Polo Ravales, Yul Servo, Biboy Ramirez and Raquel Montesa.

Claudine's "Love Thy Neighbor" episode is directed by Argel Joseph and airing this Saturday, July 31.

Robert "Buboy" Villar guest star in Claudine Barretto's drama series

Robert "Buboy" Villar plays a problem student who found special friendship and guidance from her teacher in Claudine Barretto's GMA-7's anthology show "Claudine".

Claudine is Anne a grade school teacher whose marriage is about to fall apart.

On her way home, she was surprised to see Borgy (Buboy Villar), a problem student in one of her classes, sleeping on the street. She single-mindedly takes the homeless boy into her own house, and in the process forms a special bond with him. In return, Borgy provides Anne with the inspiration to find the missing pieces in her

Julia, on the other hand, lives a fast life and meets Storm (Richard Gutierrez), a struggling photographer. Their relationship blossoms. When Julia goes to America on a student visa, Storm joins her there, without a definite plan.

Julia and Storm struggle as illegal aliens in America. To obtain an immigrant status, a hesitant Storm marries Ciara, who is now an American citizen. Ciara, Storm and Julia need to live in one house in case the INS makes surprise inspections. A friendship is forged between Storm and Ciara because she is truly the woman who is supportive of Storm’s dreams. Soon enough an affair develops. Julia finds out about it. Ciara gives up her personal happiness and leaves Storm.

Storm and Julia go back to the Philippines to try to work out the relationship, but Storm knows he is in love with Ciara. This time, it’s Julia who makes a sacrifice. She gives up Storm for Ciara. Julia decides to return to America to reconcile with her sister. Ciara sends Storm divorce papers. In the end, destiny finds its way to bring together true love. But with whom?

Claudine Barretto is a "Heredera" in drama series "Claudine"

Claudine Barretto is playing the role of a heiress in danger on her GMA-7's anthology show "Claudine" July 3 episode.

Claudine Barretto plays Aiko, a Filipino-Japanese woman who inherits a multi-million peso business from her Japanese father.

As it turns out, the riches she inherits becomes a life-threatening dilemma as attempts on her life immediately come after she hears of the startling news. Fearing for her life, Claudine hires a bodyguard (Ryan Eigenmann) to protect her and keep her safe. As she spends time with her bodyguard, Aiko finds herself falling for him even though she already has a boyfriend (Antonio Aquitania). That is, until Aiko learns about the mysteries surrounding her bodyguard's character that are supposedly related to the threats previously made to her life. GMA Network denies the rumored cancellation of the show due to low performance in ratings against its rival.

Claudine Barretto signed contract with GMA Network

In a surprising move by one of the top actress of ABS-CBN, Claudine Barretto has decoded to transferred to rival network GMA-7.

Claudine signed a two-year contract with GMA-7 yesterday (Nov. 25) and she was welcomed by GMA Network president, chairman at CEO Atty. Felipe L Gozon; GMA Network executive vice president at COO Gilberto Duavit Jr; GMA Films president Annette Gozon-Abrogar at GMA vice president for entertainment television Wilma Galvante.

EVP Duavit said, “Ang masasabi ko lang e sa wakas…si Claudine ay maraming tagahanga na mga Kapuso isa na ako roon. Hindi naman kaila na si Raymart ay Kapuso rin so welcome to the family. We’re very proud and happy na Kapuso ka na ngayon at excited na excited tayong lahat sa mga nakahilerang project para kay Claudine."

It seems the project with her sister Gretchen Barretto in ABS-CBN will not push through.

Now, big possibility that she will now do a project with her husband Raymart Santiago who is also a kapuso star.

Gretchen Barretto is making a acting comeback in the small screen via an ABS-CBN primetime series. Joining Gretchen in the upcoming project is her youngest sister Claudine Barretto and initial detail reportedly (actually not a surprise) that the two will play sisters role.

Claudine Barretto is joining the "May Bukas Pa" series

Before the anticipated of Claudine Barretto and Judy Ann Santos' team up in a movie, Claudine is joining the cast of ABS-CBN's top-rating series "May Bukas Pa".

In her return to primetime after last year's "Iisa Pa Lamang" with Gabby Concepcion and Diether Ocampo, she will get the chance to work with miracle kid Santino [played by Zaijian Jaranilla].

She said, "I love the program and I adore Santino. Kaya I'm so excited to be working with Santino [played by Zaijian Jaranilla] and the whole cast."

Libel case against actress Claudine Barretto was Dismissed

The libel case that was filed against actress Claudine Barretto was been dismissed by Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office due to lack of merits and evidences.

According to Assistant City Prosecutor Joselito Bacolor, the case filed by Claudine's former personal secretary Nancy Jiji Cruz and her camp failed to give sufficient evidence to proceed this case.

This is a counter charge filed by Nancy Jiji Cruz after her former boss filed a qualified theft charges against her which the court has already released a warrant of arrest.

ABS-CBN seems is doing some necessary steps to end the “silent rivalry” rumor between their two top drama artist, Judy Ann Santos and Claudine Barretto.

In a recent interview, Judy Ann Santos reveals that theirs a big possibility that she will be teaming up with Claudine in a movie that will be produce by ABS-CBN's movie outfit Star Cinema.

Judy said, "Walang isyu, walang problema. I would love to do a movie with her. I think it’s about time. (Their is no issue and problem between the two of us. I would love to do a movie with her. I think it’s about time).

Surely this movie will fire up with lots of drama and publicity.

The Master Showman honors third batch of stars via Walk of Fame

Once again German "Kuya Germs" Moreno gave recognition to the local artist for their contributions to the Philippine Entertainment industry. Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes and Claudine Barretto were among the honorees and their were given a star in the Walk of Fame at Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.

The Walk of Fame at Eastwood City is the Philippine version of Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame.

Other star who were also honored are Gina Alajar, Helen Gamboa, Albert Martinez, Dawn Zulueta, Herbert Bautista, Dina Bonnevie, Tirso Cruz III, Dulce and the late Dindo Fernando.

Be Scare, ABS-CBN's "Maligno" is coming

After the successful first presentation of ABS-CBN's "Sineserye Presents: The Susan Roces Cinema Collection" featuring "Patayin Sa Sindak si Barbara" (ABS-CBN No.1 primetime show) now their launching the second horror flick entitled, "Maligno".

"Maligno" is the upcoming television adaptation of a classic 1977 film starring veteran actress Susan Roces which gave her Best Actress Award.

Claudine Barretto is returning to primetime to reprise the role of Ms. Susan Roces.

Ms. Susan Roces will play a very special role in this new adaptation. To spice up the series they included Diether Ocampo, Rafael Rosell, Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, DJ Durano, Arlene Tolibas, Empoy, Carlo Lacana, with the special participation of Rio Locsin and Susan Africa.
