Supermodel Gisele Bundchen wants to set the record straight after she was photographed kissing/getting real up close to a mystery guy which her rep. claims that he is just a very close friend!

Bundchen's rep. revealed that the guy is NYC art dealer Helly Nahmad and tells USmag, "This is her friend of 15 years, Helly. Her first New York friend when she moved here." Nahmad is also fluent in Portugese and was "the only one [Gisele] could speak to [when] she spoke no English."

Assuring that it is just a friendly kiss on the cheek and the camera caught them at a deceptive angle, "He is very much part of her close circle of friends. No worries there! Gosh, it was a kiss on the cheek."

Nice to hear that the sexy couple (Tom Brady & Gisele) and their marriage still intact!

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen need some explaining after she was caught getting close with some mystery guy at the Masquerade Party held at Hotel Pozzo di Borgo during the Paris Fashion Week in Paris, France on Thursday (September 30).

Wait.........Even though the guy is not her husband/New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, we must not jump quickly into conclusion. Maybe in the said photo, the guy is just whispering to her ear or maybe not?

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen shows off her ravishing figure for Calzedonia’s latest swimwear 2010 Ad campaign and reportedly this was taken couple of months after giving birth to her son, Benjamin Brady. Her post-baby bikini body will definitely make other women envious.

She shared to Vogue that she only gained about 30 pounds, "I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals. I was mindful about what I ate, and I gained only 30 pounds."

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady have finally decided and revealed the name of their new born baby boy, it's Benjamin.

Thanking her family, friends and fans, Gisele said, "I want to thank you all with all my heart for the immense love I have received here on the website. It is a pleasure to receive messages from each one of you here.

I am living a very special moment in my life, Benjamin is a blessing and I could not be happier.

Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her husband-Patriots quaterback Tom Brady have welcomed a healthy baby boy (December 8). Daddy Tom described his son’s birth as “a wonderful experience in my life”.

This is the first for Gisele while for Brady, it it his second, he has a 2-year-old son, Jack, with actress Bridget Moynahan.

Checkout Brazilian-born supermodel Gisele Bundchen in a very sexy-barely nude ad campaign for London Fog’s brand new Fall 2009 which was taken by fashion photographer Nino Munoz at Smashbox Studios in West Hollywood.

Expecting her first baby with husband Tom Brady, notice that the ad shows no bump. It is because the company decided to edit the photos.

According to PEOPLE, Dari Marder revealed in a press release that “Although Gisele was photographed while pregnant, most of the shots have been retouched to respect her privacy during this wonderful and personal time in her life."

Gisele’s London Fog ads will debut in October in leading magazines.

After Radaronline scoop the news that supermodel is Pregnant, Gisele Bundchen's husband-NFL quarterback Tom Brady shot down the rumors that their expecting a baby.

Brady told BostonH, “No. No. One is enough. I’ve got dogs. That’s all I need.”

Tom Brady has a son, John Edward, from his ex, Bridget Moynahan.

Actually I didn't like his answer, he prefers dogs than a new child. Both of them are successful and economically stable, why not create a mini-Tom or mini-Gisele.

Gisele on her reaction to Tom’s ex Bridget Moynahan announcement that she was pregnant: “It was definitely a surprise for both of us. In the beginning you’re living this romantic fantasy; you’re thinking, This can’t be true, it’s so good! And then, Whoops—wake-up call! We were dating two and a half months when he found out, and it was a very challenging situation. Obviously, in the beginning, it’s not the ideal thing.”

Gisele on stepson John Edward Thomas Moynahan: “I understand that he has a mom, and I respect that, but to me it’s not like because somebody else delivered him, that’s not my child. I feel it is, 100 percent. I want him to have a great relationship with his mom, because that’s important, but I love him the same way as if he were mine. After the never ending rumor of their engagement and denials which started last year, New England Patriots Tom Brady & Gisele Bündchen surprise the public by saying "I do" in their unpublicized wedding.

It is a private ceremony at the St. Monica Catholic Church in Santa Monica, California.

According to US Weekly, "The ceremony -- which began at dusk -- was "very small and intimate," a source tells Us, adding that guests mostly consisted of immediate family. Brady's son with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, was also present."

"The bride, 28, donned a form-fitting ivory lace strapless gown with a trumpet skirt, scalloped edges, long train and a floor-length veil with attached handmade satin roses and attached satin headband, all by Dolce & Gabbana. Her three dogs also wore matching Dolce & Gabbana floral lace collars"

Gisele Bündchen : Their is no engagement...again!

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady engagement is becoming a merry go round. Which is which? Is seems the engagement is now off.

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen said, “I will realize the dream of marriage, to have children and a family, of course. I’m sorry (to) disappoint you, there is no date set yet. I’m in love and you will see my wedding on the right day.”

She still has no idea how some media came up with two separate engagement rumors.

“I don’t know how people are so creative. First they said he proposed to me in a plane. Imagine, it was Dec. 24, Christmas, we were flying to Boston, then there was some champagne and we celebrated the date.

“Ready? Someone deduced I was getting engaged! I received more than 100 e-mails from friends commenting about the proposal. Now there’s a new rumor, that he proposed to me on last Friday. I wasn’t even there, how can that be true?"

No plan to wed in Costa Rica.

"This talk of Costa Rica must be for the fact I have a house there," she said. "I don't know yet if it's going to be here or in another country, but what I know is that it's going to be something small, a simple ceremony. I don't like parties, I prefer something more intimate, just for the closest people."

Last year Tom Brady's father denies the engagement of her son and supermodel Gisele Bundchen while aboard a private jet to Boston. But now, they got officially engaged in Los Angeles.

According to People, he New England Patriots quarterback, 31, proposed with a diamond solitaire to the Brazilian supermodel, 28, on Friday.

"He asked and she accepted," a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE. Family and friends were informed over the weekend. An official announcement, as well as preliminary wedding details, are being planned by Bündchen and her closest friends this week.
