Tiger Woods' problem with his former mistress continues...Porn star Devon James is now trying to release and sell a sex tape to Vivid Entertainment featuring her and Tiger.

“The tape is 62 minutes long and 37 minutes of it is us having sex,” James told Radaronline, before boarding a flight from Tampa Bay to Los Angeles, Wednesday. “We are flying to Los Angeles today to meet with Vivid about selling the tape.”

Devon feels that she will  get at least $350,000 for the scandalous sex tape. if the deal from Vivid will not push through, she will release it herself: “If Vivid won't pay enough, we're going to self-release the tape... It’s going to be the bomb."

Devon James previously claimed that Tiger is the father of her 9-year-old son Austin.

Tiger's other mistress Rachel Uchitel reportedly got $10 million to keep her mouth shut about their alleged affair and Devon James also wants to have a piece of the pie from Tiger!

Tiger Woods prohibits Rachel Uchitel in doing $300,000 Playboy Deal

Tiger Woods' famous mistress Rachel Uchitel received another enticing deal worth $300,000 to pose naked for the popular men's magazine, Playboy. Sorry to say, the negotiation was  allegedly blocked by Woods' camp and they threatened her to overturn the $10 million dollars she got from their settlement.

Rachel's new found infamous popularity is given her lots of offers but she will be in jeopardy if Rachel mentions Tiger’s name in her projects.

Playboy wanted to feature a nude Uchitel posing alongside a tiger cub.

It put Rachel in significant danger of losing the millions of dollars Tiger paid her," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.

"The magazine wanted to mention Rachel's relationship with Tiger, but it would have jeopardized the deal she already made with him.

"They refused to give her complete control of the cover so she could make sure Tiger wasn't mentioned."

Tiger allegedly paid $10 million in a settlement to keep her silence. In short, Rachel pawn her life to Tiger Woods!

Tiger's Response To Elin's Interview: "It's a sad time in our lives."

Elin Nordegren breaks her silence about her ex-husband's cheating escapades in her recent interview on People Magazine. Now, Tiger Woods expressed his sadness and admitted his mistakes during a press conference at The Barclays golf tournament in NJ.

"I wish her the best in everything," he said. "It's a sad time in our lives. And we're looking forward to how we can help our kids the best way we possibly can. And that's the most important thing."

Tiger admitted that he destroyed a happy marriage.

“My actions certainly led us to this decision,” he said. “And I’ve certainly made a lot of errors in my life and that’s something I’m going to have to live with.”

Talking about if he was "relieved" with the split.

I don't think that's the word," he says. I think it's just more sadness. Because I don't think you ever – you don't ever go into a marriage looking to get divorced. That's the thing. That's why it is sad."

Their divorce is now final. All their moves will be on the boundary of their two kids. Elin is really humiliated and she still hurting. The only thing Tiger can do is just be a father to his kids and concentrate to his career.

Elin Nordegren Breaks her Silence: "I've been through hell!"

With her divorce with Tiger Woods is now finally over, Elin Nordegren is now breaking her silence about her ex-husband's cheating escapades, being "blindsided" by his multiple affair, her future plans and many more... People mag got all juicy interview!!

Elin shared, "I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children. I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself."

Elin also told People she have been through hell and was "blindsided" with Tiger Woods' infidelities.

"I've been through hell," she said. "It's hard to think you have this life, and then all of a sudden -- was it a lie? You're struggling because it wasn't real. But I survived. It was hard, but it didn't kill me."

"I never suspected, not a one," she said in the exclusive interview. "For the last three-and-a-half years, when all this was going on, I was home a lot more with pregnancies, then the children and my school."

Aside from the reported $100 million from the divorce settlement, Elin is currently studying to get a degree in psychology for her two kids.

She said, "My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to try to give myself time to heal."

Elin also talks about the controversial golf club attacked on the night of the accident.

"There was never any violence inside or outside our home," she said. "The speculation that I would have used a golf club to hit him is just truly ridiculous. Tiger left the house that night, and after a while when he didn't return, I got worried and decided to look for him. That's when I found him in the car. I did everything I could to get him out of the locked car. To think anything else is absolutely wrong."

Elin is really humiliated and she still hurting... In this interview, she has released her anger inside her heart and she wants to set the record straight.  It will be her first – and last – interview, as she  wants to keep her privacy.

Tiger Woods & Elin Nordegren's Divorce is Final; marriage 'Irretrievably Broken'

No more turning back for controversial golfer Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren Woods for their marriage is now finally over! Florida’s Bay County Circuit Court executed the finality of their divorce.

Ms. Nordegren and Mr. Woods issued this joint statement:

We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future. While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us. Once we came to the decision that our marriage was at an end, the primary focus of our amicable discussions has been to ensure their future well-being. The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new family situation, which is why our privacy must be a principal concern.

In the document, it was described that the "marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken."

The couple had married in October 2004 in Barbados and have two children, Sam,3, and Charlie,1.

No settlement details have been released but previous reports stated that Elin could receive more than $100 million.

$100 million is the reasonable worth of payment for the humiliations that Tiger Woods did to her ex-wife Elin with his cheating escapade with strippers and hookers.

UPDATE: Elin will also restore her maiden name, Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren.

Tiger Woods still no.1 in “Fortunate 50”; Matthew Stafford at no. 11

Despite the sex-cheating scandal and endorsement being dropped (Gatorade, AT&T, and Accenture), controversial golfer Tiger Woods is still the richest athlete in America in Sports Illustrated seventh annual “Fortunate 50” 2010 list.

Tiger Woods takes the top spot with $90 million followed by fellow golfer Phil Mickelson with $61 million. At third spot is Floyd "Pretty Boy" Mayweather Jr., a million short against Mickelson, $60,250,000.

Tiger's endorsement income fell by about $22 million following his admission of infidelity, from $92,000,000 last year to $70,000,00 this year.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford is No. 11, due to salary and other bonuses in which the Detroit Lions will pay out to their rookie quarterback this year, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2009 NFL draft. He earned $27.65 million, ($750,000 comes from endorsements).

The list is consists of 50 highest-earning American athletes, based on salary, winnings, endorsements and appearance fees.

Adding more fire on Tiger Woods' controversial affairs is the alleged sex tape which is reportedly being market but Woods’ legal team has already released an ultimatum to anyone who will try release the sex tapes or nude pictures.

Vivid Entertainment Steven Hirsch reveals that a woman approached him two weeks ago, claiming she had a sex video of Tiger Woods which was shot approximately two years ago. They have seen approximately 30 seconds of that tape.

It will be another blow against Tiger if this sex tape will be release or leak in public. Elin will surely swing a golf club on him.

Another major sponsor has decided to cut ties with Tiger Woods. Phone giant AT&T announced that their ending its endorsement deal with the controversial golfer.

Aside from the company's logo appearing on Tiger's golf bag, the company also is a big sponsor on Tiger Woods' charitable foundation.

Woods' is taking his "indefinite leave" to take care of his marriage after being linked to more than 12 alleged mistresses.

Accenture and Gillette have already ended their endorsements with Woods.

With the number of women being linked to him and announcing his indefinite leave, Tiger Woods loses another major endorsement deal with Accenture. Two major sponsors like Gatorade and Gillette also decided to dropped him.

Accenture released a statement that reads in part: "Given the circumstances of the last two weeks, after careful consideration and analysis, the company has determined that he is no longer the right representative for its advertising. Accenture said that it wishes only the best for Tiger Woods and his family."

Nike is still holding their confidence of support to woods and they fell this controversies are temporary.

With his scandalous affairs are still flaming up, Tiger Woods' major sponsors like Nike and Gillette are now making some decisions with their top endorser.

For Nike, they believed that this controversies are just temporary and they gave their confidence of support to the no.1 golfer of the world.

Nike's statement, "Tiger has been part of Nike for more than a decade. He is the best golfer in the world and one of the greatest athletes of his era. We look forward to his return to golf. He and his family have Nike's full support."

Shaving some distance is the shaving company Gillette. They are now phasing out Woods from the product's advertising.

“As Tiger takes a break from the public eye, we will support his desire for privacy by limiting his role in our marketing programs,” Gillette said.

Woods will be phased out from Gillette’s television and print advertising, and from public appearances and other efforts linking the two entities together, Gillette spokesman Damon Jones said.

Tiger recently announced his indefinite leave from golf and public eye to try to rescue his marriage after scandalous illicit affairs with different women and sad things is, the list is still counting.

After much soul searching, I have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person. Again, I ask for privacy for my family and I am especially grateful for all those who have offered compassion and concern during this difficult period.

It seems Woods deeply suffocated with these controversies and it's the right thing to admits his wrong doing. Making a few months break taking care his family matters is the right thing to do.
