Actor-Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. publicly shows his anger and outraged with Dr. Hayden Kho's "explicit sexual acts". The Senator gave a privilege speech in the Senate seeking for a severe punishment and asking Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) to revoke Hayden's license and ban him from his medical practice.
Senator Bong described and labeled the celebrity doctor as a "sex manic", “insane,” "pervert of the highest kind" and "a predator who has no conscience nor respect for women."
The Senator also added that Hayden's victim (actress Katrina Halili) is now in a state of depression.
Aside from seeking charges against Hayden, Senator Bong submitted Senate Bill Number 12 to punish people who are engaging with voyeurism and the publication of sex videos with or without the consent of the parties should be dealt with properly.
