Court junks Katrina Halili's case vs Hayden Kho in the sex video scandal

Controversial celebrity doctor Hayden Kho got the holiday gift he wanted. The Pasig Regional Trial Court dismissed on Tuesday (December 14) the case filed by actress Katrina Halili against him in connection with their sex video scandal last year.

Hayden is being charged with the Anti-Violence Against Women And Children Act (Republic Act 9262) for secretly filming his intimate moments with Katrina Halili without her consent. The videos spreads like wildfire whit it popped online.

Judge Rodolfo Bonifacio dismissed the case after the prosecution failed to present sufficient proof to show Halili was unaware that she was being videotaped.

The court also says that both Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho are aware of the camera because it “was situated in an open and unconcealed place.”

Actress Katrina Halili insisted that she was completely unaware that she was being videotaped when she and Kho were together inside the hotel room.

Aside from Halili, Dr. Hayden Kho owned different sex videos that shows various women (actresses, models and private personalities).

This highly publicized sex videos scandal became an instant national issue and Senate investigation was conducted. Senator Bong Revilla is disgusted and outraged with this scandal and perversion, calling the celebrity doctor as a "sex maniac" and a "pervert of the highest kind".

Hayden's mother also accused actress Katrina Halili as the one who supply drugs to her son.
