Court junks Katrina Halili's case vs Hayden Kho in the sex video scandal

Controversial celebrity doctor Hayden Kho got the holiday gift he wanted. The Pasig Regional Trial Court dismissed on Tuesday (December 14) the case filed by actress Katrina Halili against him in connection with their sex video scandal last year.

Hayden is being charged with the Anti-Violence Against Women And Children Act (Republic Act 9262) for secretly filming his intimate moments with Katrina Halili without her consent. The videos spreads like wildfire whit it popped online.

Judge Rodolfo Bonifacio dismissed the case after the prosecution failed to present sufficient proof to show Halili was unaware that she was being videotaped.

The court also says that both Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho are aware of the camera because it “was situated in an open and unconcealed place.”

Actress Katrina Halili insisted that she was completely unaware that she was being videotaped when she and Kho were together inside the hotel room.

Aside from Halili, Dr. Hayden Kho owned different sex videos that shows various women (actresses, models and private personalities).

This highly publicized sex videos scandal became an instant national issue and Senate investigation was conducted. Senator Bong Revilla is disgusted and outraged with this scandal and perversion, calling the celebrity doctor as a "sex maniac" and a "pervert of the highest kind".

Surely smiling at this moment is Hayden's girlfriend, cosmetic surgeon Dr. Vicki Belo.

Katrina Halili will play Fedra in "Rosalinda" Philippine remake

Even though she still in the middle of sex scandal controversy and her lawsuits against Hayden Kho, Vicki Belo and many more, GMA's vixen Katrina Halili is trying to return to work and make her life normal.

In the latest development, Katrina Halili will return to the small screen via the upcoming Philippine remake of a popular Mexican telenovela, "Rosalinda". It is also her comeback in doing villain role.

Admitting the wrong doings of her son Hayden due to the highly publicized sex videos but not prosecuting him, Irene Kho want to turn the table around and she is now accusing Sen. Bong Revilla and talent manager Lolit Solis as the architects of actress Katrina Halili’s so called "scripted victim scenario".

Irene Kho lashes out her anger in a live interview saying: “Ms. Katrina Halili, nabili na yang arte mo” and she added that Lolit Solis of orchestrating Halili’s “acting.”

Irene also said that she got hurt when Revilla purportedly dragged her into the issue and uttered words against her.

“Nasasaktan lang ako sa inyo kagalang-galang na senador Bong Revilla, na kung bakit pati ako ay dinadamay mo dito. Ang sakit mong magsalita. Para bang wala na akong ginawang kabutihan sa aking anak. Ako nanginginig, hindi na ako makapagkatulog dahil ang anak ko ay pinaglalaruan…”

Hayden's mother also accused actress Katrina Halili as the one who supply drugs to her son.

“Ms Katrina, ikaw ang naglulon sa anak ko sa droga. Alam din namin yan at sinabi na namin yan sa lawyer. Ang anak ko, katino-tino hanggang matapos siya sa medisina, mabait na bata. Anong ginawa mo? Nilulon mo sa droga. Anong klase kang babae na tatawagin mo ang mga Gabriela, lahat.”

But still he is implying that he is also a "victim" since the videos were stolen from him. Now, Kho's lawyer reveals that Kho is under the influence of drugs when he recorded the videos and somehow they are using this reason as one their defense. Hayden said that their is "no malice" in filming that video.. A full of crap!!! The video ca be use as a bragging tool and probably it can be use as a tool for blackmail.

Actress Katrina Halili want the revoke of Kho's medical license and jailtime. She also want Kho's friend who sell and leaked the videos online.

Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez on Wednesday ordered the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to place controversial Dr. Hayden Kho under its watchlist. The the order was issued "to prevent his (Kho’s) leaving the country and to ensure his presence in the ongoing investigation".
