Sacha Baron Cohen is 'The Dictator' Saddam Hussein

Sacha Baron Cohen has another intriguing comedy movie and it is from a novel by Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein!


“The Dictator” is set for release on May 11, 2012 in which Paramount stated that “The film tells the heroic story of a dictator who risked his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed.” (Hilariously finny!)

Based on Hussein’s novel Zabibah and The King.

Larry Charles, who also helmed Borat and Bruno, will also direct the film.

Kara DioGuardi Writing Memoir About American Idol

Former American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi will be releasing a memoir which will include her journey and the circumstances surrounds at the end of her stint with the hit reality TV competition show.

Her memoir is titled "A Helluva High Note: Surviving Life, Love, and American Idol" and it will be released in April 2011.

Meanwhile, DioGuardi will be working a new songwriting competition TV project "Going Platinum" with Jewel.

Kim Kardashian asked God: "Please Don't Make My Boobs Grow Any Bigger"

Many women especially celebrities will do every thing to have a bigger breasts but there is a time that Kim Kardashian asked the creator above to stop her boobs from growing when she was young.

Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian worked together for autobiography book "Kardashian Konfidential".

Kim shared about the transition of her body as a young girl:

"Kourtney used to torture me and think I was odd because I had big boobs. I was 11 when I got my period and I started developing. I would sit in the bathtub, take a washcloth, put it under really hot water and put it against my boobs and pray to God, please don't make my boobs grow any bigger. And Kourtney would be like, "Your boobs are so big and ugly!" She was so mean and then I would have to wear a bra and she would say, "Who wears a bra? That's so disgusting." It was so embarrassing."

It seems now, Kim has realized that her gifts made her more famous and in demand.

Aside from their experiences, their book also focus on beauty and style tips.

Sharon Murphy releasing a tell-all book about Brittany Murphy

Sharon Murphy wants to honor the memory of her late daughter Brittany Murphy by releasing a tell-all book.

In a statement released on what would have been Murphy's 33rd birthday (Nov 10), Sharon says:

"This book will be my way of celebrating and honouring her extraordinary life and career. Brittany was a kind, loving person who enjoyed each day; she was my life. I am looking forward to everyone reading the accurate account about my daughter, her life, loves and career.”

Brittany was tragically pronounced dead at her Hollywood Hills home in December 2009 after going into cardiac arrest. She died from pneumonia and no illegal drugs on her autopsy report. Months later, Brittany's husband Simon Monjack also passed away.

A portion of the book's proceeds will be donated to charity.

Snooki Releasing a Novel Next Year

Capitalizing on her new found popularity, "Jersey Shore" pint-sized star Snooki (Nicole Polizzi) is writing a novel! Simon & Schuster’s Gallery Books will publish Snooki's first novel "A Shore Thing" early next year.

Accordig to the Press release via MTV, it is a story of "a girl looking for love on the boardwalk (one full of big hair, dark tans and fights galore)."

Snooki said in a statement, "I'm pumped to announce to my fans a project that I've been working on for some time. This book will have you falling in love at the shore."

“Pretty Wild” Alexis Neiers working on a book based on her controversial Life

“Pretty Wild” star Alexis Neiers wants to release a book “loosely” based on her infamous life experience which being compared to “Gossip Girl”.

The description reads in part, "Think Gossip Girl goes to Hollywood -- It is a cautionary tale as well as a guilty pleasure; the reader is plunged into the crazy, out-of-control world of one of Hollywood’s most infamous party girls."

Alexis served 30 days of her 180-day sentence after she pleaded no contest for her involvement in the highly-buzz Burglar Bunch crimes especially in connection with the expensive items worth $600k she steal from the home of actor Orlando Bloom.

Back to his book, Neiers is working with a ghost writer named Sheryl Berk, who lso works with Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Britney Spears, and Barney the purple dinosaur.

Kardashian sisters Autobiography - Book Cover

The Kardashian sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe will be releasing an autobiography in November and Kim posted via her blog, the book’s cover.

Justin Bieber to Publish His Memoirs

Teen sensation Justin Bieber will now share to the world his amazing journey to superstardom by penning "Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story" which will be published by HarperCollins.

The official illustrated memoir will also include never-before-seen photos and it will be out in October.

Justin thanks his fans for her success, saying, “Every day I wake up and count my blessings. My fans have played such a large part in all of this and they help me live my dreams every day. The "Russian Roulette" songstress will be releasing a book titled "Rihanna: The Last Girl on Earth". She collaborated with Simon Henwood (designer of her “Rated R” CD logo and artistic director of her upcoming tour). This 144-page will be out in June 29, 2010.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck was sued for book Copyright (celiac disease)

Controversial host Elisabeth Hasselbeck is now engage in another controversy over her new book “The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide”. A Massachusetts woman claimed that Hasselback stole-plagiarized her idea for a book about celiac disease.

According to Boston Herald, "Susan Hassett, a self-published author, is claiming in a federal lawsuit filed in Boston that the celebrity infringed on Hassett’s copyrights by publishing a book on celiac disease, titled “The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide,” last month.

In her suit, Hassett claims she sent Hasselbeck a copy of her own book, “Living With Celiac Disease,” in April 2008, along with a homemade cooking video, a personal note, a newspaper article and a business card.”

Center Street and Elisabeth Hasselbeck issued a statement: "Neither Center Street nor Elisabeth Hasselbeck has been served with the Complaint in this action. However, there is no basis for the allegations in the Complaint as published in the press. Ms. Hasselbeck worked diligently and tirelessly on her book and is disappointed in this attempt to discredit her work and her ability to bring this important message to the public."

Michael Phelps is a children's book author : "How to Train with a T. Rex and Win 8 Gold Medals"

Swimming Champ Michael Phelps can now add another achievement under his record breaking career, a children's book author.

Already available in stores, "How to Train with a T. Rex and Win 8 Gold Medals" is about his Olympic training regimen (in terms relatable to kids) and his experience at the Summer Olympics.

Phelps said, "It's a fun way for kids to learn and for me to get a lot of different messages out there."

Published by Simon & Schuster, it also features his bulldog Herman and his coach Bob Bowman.

Because it is a children's book, smoking pot is not included in his training regimen.

Slumdog child star Rubina Ali writes life story

Slumdog Millionaire child star Rubina Ali will now share her life experience and her one step journey as her memoir be released in the UK mid July.

Dreaming: My Journey to the Stars will chronicle her story of growing up in the Mumbai slums instead of her rise to fame.

U.K. Publisher Transworld said in a statement, "Rubina brings alive a world of wastelands and rat-infested shanty dwellings, and shows us her home, a wooden shack with a tarpaulin roof, where she grew up with her beloved father and siblings".

The royalties will go to the nine year-old Rubina and the French medical aid organization, Medecins du Monde.

Rubina played Latika in Slumdog Millionaire which won eight Oscars.

Miley Cyrus is definitely one of the most popular teen in the world but before she achieve this success, she reveals in her first autobiography titled “Miles To Go“ some bad experience as a kid.

It seems she also experience in real life on some of the stories in Hannah Montana series. She reveals that she's a victim of bullying at school by some big and mean girls.

"She had to endure daily hazing from bullies in sixth grade, who did everything from stealing her books to locking her in the school bathroom. Looking back, "sometimes I wish I could get an apology [from the mean girls], but to be honest I don't need one," she says. "I moved on and I believe they moved on as well. It helped make me the person I am today."

She reveals that there is a time that “They started cussing me and telling me to get up. I sat there, frozen. I didn’t know what to do. Finally, I couldn’t take it anymore. I stood up, still a foot shorter then they were, and said, ‘What’s your problem? What did I ever do to you?"

Lauren says that this will no be the story of her friends because their stories aren’t really hers to tell.

HarperCollins SVP Elise Howard told press, “I’ve never seen a new project generate noise like the instant buzz that swept through our offices around this deal. The Hills and Lauren Conrad are household names among our staff, and their popularity is even higher among the teens who are our readers. We’re bracing ourselves for a blockbuster publication.”

The book will be release on summer next year.

In a tell-all book of Lynne Spears entitled "Through the Storm", she reveals some details that could described her daughter Britney Spears as a wild child. This book will be an another shocker for Britney.

Her mother said that Britney started to began boozing at the young aged of 13. This is after she joined the The Mickey Mouse Club.

Lynne also tells that her daughter had sex and lose her virginity at the age of 14 with an 18-year-old high school footballer boyfriend.

At the age of 15, Britney has fallen to magic power of drugs when she went to Los Angeles to record her debut album Baby One More Time.

Surely, this tell-all book will create or I shall say the rift between Lynne and Britney will intensify. The domestic anguish will continue......
