Kardashians Sued for $75 million for pulling out from Kardashian Kard deal.

The Kardashian sisters - Kim, Khloe and Kourtney are now facing a hefty lawsuit with their refusal to endorsed the controversial "Kardashian Kard".

The Kardashian family declined to promote the said prepaid debit card after reports surfaced that the card carried tons of hidden, and possibly illegal fees.

TMZ reports that Revenue Resource Group, LLC filed a lawsuit in Fresno, Calif., claiming the Kardashians breached their contract when they pulled out from MasterCard-approved prepaid debit card deal which  resulted to a bad publicity. RRG claimed that the sisters signed a two-year deal and now, RRG wants $75 million in damages.

Investigations is being conducted if the prepaid debit card violated state laws to protect consumers. The Kardashians claimed that they had no idea the card carrying different hidden fees. If your asking how outrageous are the fees, click HERE.

Kardashians' glam up for the 2010 Christmas Card

Kim Kardashian blogged, "Every year the whole family gets together to take pics for our family Christmas card. This year was extra special because we had a new addition to the family… little Mason! We went super glam this year and each went for our own look".

Khloe also blogged, "Christmas cards have always been a REALLY big deal in my family. For as long as I can remember, my mom has made it a point to go all out, whether it was a ninja turtles themed card, or bringing a Santa into the mix, each year she always managed to top the year before. I'd have to say though that our card this year might be my favorite. It turned out beautifully -- just SO glam! Plus, Mason is in it, which makes it even more special. Look at him standing there in his pinstripe suit, SUCH A LITTLE GENTLEMAN!!! LOL. I love it!"

Kardashian Sisters cancelling the ties with Kardashian Kard (prepaid debit card )

The Kardashian sisters - Kim, Khloe and Kourtney doesn't want to be involved anymore with the prepaid debit card that they previously endorsed after it was discovered that it carries high fees.

Last November 10, the "Kardashian Kard" was launched and it received a significant complains from consumers. Investigations is being conducted if the prepaid debit card violated state laws to protect consumers.

Kardashians' Legal counsel said: "The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults. Unfortunately, the negative spotlight turned on the Kardashians as a result of the Attorney General's comments and actions threatens everything for which they have worked."

If your asking how outrageous are the fees:

• Just to buy the card and use it costs $59.95 for six months, or $99.95 for 12 months.
• After those six or 12 months are up, it costs $7.95 a month to use the card.
• Users have to pay $1.50 to withdraw cash from an ATM, and $1 to check their balance.
• Talking to a customer representative on the phone costs $1.50 for each call.
• Cancellation of the card costs $6.

Also, according to the terms and conditions on the Kardashian Kard website.

"Losing the card results in a charge of $9.95. If the loss is reported within two days, then losses are limited to $50. But if the loss or theft is not reported, and the issuer believes the user knew it was lost or stolen, then losses could be as high as $500."

It's a financial chaos. The people affiliated with the card blindsided their consumers.

Kim Kardashian explained the incident happened at NYC's Juliet Supper Club in which a jealous woman threw a drink at her.

Kim wrote on her blog, "I want to address this because everyone has been asking me if I’m ok after the bar fight last night. I’m totally fine, guys!"

"Last night Kourtney, Scott, Khloe and I went out to a bar to have a fun night on Khloe’s last night in NYC. A drunk male fan came up to me and asked to take a picture, and I obliged, but his girlfriend, who was also drunk, got a little out of hand."

"Luckily I had Scott and Khloe there to protect me. None of us were drinking… we just wanted a fun family night out, but when people see the cameras rolling, they try to get attention and I guess that’s what happened when the drunk girl saw that we were filming KKTNY. I always take the high road, so we all left straight after and didn’t feed into their drama. Ok, moving on!"

Kim & Kourtney Kardashian moving to New York in a New Reality Show

Kim Kardashian is joining sister Kourtney in spreading their charms in the Big Apple next year! The famous reality sisters will star in a brand new show titled, "Kourtney & Kim Take New York!"

E! confirmed the news and it will debut in January 2011.

Khloe blogged about the new show, "Such exciting news!!!!! Kim and Kourtney have moved to New York City to open a brand new DASH store and to start filming their new show, Kourtney & Kim Take New York! I'm definitely sad to be missing out on the city fun with my sisters, but I'm a married girl and I couldn't just pick up and move to New York."

"I can't think of two hotter bitches to be strutting around the streets of Manhattan and I won't be missing a single episode. Get ready, New York!!!!!"

Kim also shared that she can "get to hang out with Masey as much as I want. I can’t imagine being away from him for so long! We’ll be filming the show over the next couple of months and capturing all the fun and drama that will no doubt unfold along the way. Get ready NYC… Kim and Kourtney are in town!!!"

Kourtney Kardashian shows that she's a loyal endorser as she and boyfriend Scott blogged about gaining some pounds using a phone application and she quickly endorsed Quick Trim product!

The hot mom wrote, "Scott and I were playing around with a phone application that adds some pounds. If it weren’t for QuickTrim shakes and running around after Mason all day, this is what we would look like."

The Kardashian sisters are really building up the image of their half-sister/model Kendall Jenner.

Kim Kardashian initially posted in her blog some photos of her 14 year-old sister in her bikini photo shoot which received nice engaging comments. Now, Kourtney Kardashian also shared more photos from her little sister's bikini shoot via her blog.

Kourtney wrote, "All I can say is wow!

Kourtney Kardashian’s Baby Mason Dash Disick (Life & Style)

Scoring his first magazine cover, Reality star Kourtney Kardashian proudly introduced her baby boy Mason Dash Disick in the upcoming issue of Life & Style Magazine.

Kourtney and the Scott Disick shared their experience as a new parents and the rough patch they went through before Mason's birth.

Highlights of their interview:

L&S: Congrats! How does it feel to be parents?

Kourtney: It feels amazing. It's just so indescribable. You don't get how good being a parent feels until it happens to you.

Scott: My first time holding him was definitely special. But holding him the second time was even more special, and the third time was even more special than that. I fall so much more in love with this kid every day. I can't imagine how much more in love with him I'm going to be by the time he's 5 or 10 or 20!

L&S: How was the labor itself?

Kourtney: It was surprisingly easy and just an incredible experience. I always thought your first is supposed to be really hard, but it was easy. I have an amazing doctor. He actually delivered me! The room environment was just so relaxing, and everyone I wanted to be there was there--Scott, my mom, Kim and Khloé. No one under 18 is allowed in, so my little sisters Kendall and Kylie couldn't come in. Actually, you're only allowed to have two people in the room because of the swine flu -- so we snuck Kim and Khloé in!

L&S: What is your daily routine like now?

Kourtney: We're on Mason's schedule, waking up every couple of hours to breast-feed. But it's fun to get up and see him. I miss him by the time I see him again.

L&S: Can you see having another baby in the future?

Kourtney: Right now I'm obsessed with Mason and want to give him all my time. But being with him has definitely made me think about having another one! Kim and I are 18 months apart. Growing up, we did everything together. It would be nice for Mason to have a little brother or sister that many months apart too.

Kourtney Kardashian Welcomes Baby Boy Mason Dash

Reality star Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Scott Disick welcomed a healthy baby boy which they named Mason Dash Disick at an LA hospital on Monday (December 14). Baby Mason weighs 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and measuring 19.5 inches long.

In one of Kim's interview, "Kourtney didn't even like kids. I never thought she'd ever want to have a baby." But now, she added, "I think Kourt's going to be the most amazing mom."

Kardashians sister in sexy black lingerie campaign

Intensely pumping up their E! reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" fourth season, K sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe posed together in a revealing sexy hot black lingerie in their latest promotional poster.

Their are so many thing happened with Kardashians this year and the poster tagline "What a difference a year makes," is very appropriate.

The show premiere on December 13.

Kourtney Kardashian's Home Burglarized!

After nabbing the suspects in Lindsay Lohan's burglary incident, reality star Kourtney Kardashian is the latest victim of home burglary.

Los Angeles County Sheriff released initial investigation details via US, "More than $100,000 in jewelry was taken from the reality star's Calabasas, Calif. home".

Kourtney, who is currently pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Scott Disick is luckily not at home at the time of the break-in.

Kim Kardashian : "I want a baby!!"

As they wait for the new Kardashian in their family courtesy of Kourtney, younger sis Kim Kardashian expresses some jealousy for not being the first one to be pregnant.

Kim wrote on her blog, "I want a baby!!!!" and she added, "OK, so maybe not right now, but I can't wait to be an aunt!".

On shopping things for the upcoming baby, Kim is now intense to know what is the sex of the baby.

"Kourtney and I went baby shopping last week! It's really fun but we you have to stay neutral when you're shopping for a baby and you don't know what the sex of the baby is! I found that really hard... I just wanted to shop for pink or blue, haha! I want Kourt and Scott to find out already!!"

Kourtney is due on Christmas.

Kendra Wilkinson and Kourtney Kardashian Want to Breastfeed Despite Implants

Talking about experiencing all the things of a being a mother, reality stars Kendra Wilkinson and Kourtney Kardashian expresses that they want to breastfeed despite having breast implants.

In a joint interview via Us Weekly, Kendra said, "I was so scared that I wasn't going to be able to nurse that when I saw stuff come out of my nipples the other day, I was like, I can breast-feed? And I asked my doctor, who said, 'That's fine, but it's not milk yet!'"

Kourtney added, "They say usually you can [breast-feed with implants]. I want to."

Wilkinson and Kourtney Kardashian are dealing with their first pregnancy and both are due in December.

Kourtney Kardashian loves her curvy pregnancy figure

Kourtney Kardashian shared that she is now embracing her improving curvy figure due to her unexpected pregnancy.

She tells PEOPLE, "My boobs got huge right away. They got so sore, that if anyone even brushed up near me, I would scream."

"I feel like it's such a beautiful thing, that every woman who goes though it, should embrace it. I think if you're naturally skinny, and pregnant, and that's how your body is, that's fine."


This is her first child with boyfriend Scott Disick.

Kourtney Kardashian: "feels stupid to forgot to take pills"; Kim thought she's the first one

After Kourtney Kardashian reveals that Scott Disick is the father of her upcoming baby, Kourtney also shared in Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show that she's so stupid to forgot to take pills and her younger sister Kim thought she'd be the first Kardashian to be knocked up.

Her accidental pregnancy she said, "This sounds probably so dumb but there's so many times I'll forget to take my pill and just don't think it's that big of a deal," Kardashian admits. "I've done that several times and never really thought about it. It sounds so stupid."

Kourtney on being pregnant first than her sister Kim, "I don't think she's envious. Who knows though – Kim gets mad if I get the car that she wants … she like freaks out! [But] she definitely thought it was going to be her first, trust me. She definitely thought it was going to be her first. Kim has, like, every baby name picked out."

E! reality star Kourtney Kardashian is confirmed pregnant but she remains silent over the identity who knocked up her.

Rumors that Kourtney and ex-boyfriend Scott Disick are back together. In a recent interview, Kourtney doesn't want to dish out the status of her relationship with Scott but instead she wants to use this in promoting her reality show “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami” that premiere on Sunday (August 16), “You’re going to have to see on the show.”
