2011 Critics Choice Awards Winners – Complete list

"The Social Network" is at the top of critics lists picking up Best Picture at 16th Annual Critics Choice Movie Awards held at the Hollywood Palladium in Hollywood, California on Friday, January 14.

"The Fighter" took home 3 awards with Best Acting Ensemble, Best Supporting Actor for Christian Bale and Best Supporting Actress for Melissa Leo.

Natalie Portman won Best Actress for her role in “Black Swan” and Colin Firth was named Best Actor for “The King’s Speech“.

The 35-year-old actor is playing "boxer-turned trainer-turned-drug addict" Dickie Eklund. He is previously spotted at the Wild Card gym visiting Pound for Pound King Manny Pacquaio.

Consider as a notorious method actor, Bale lost a significant 63 pounds for the film "The Machinist" and regain it all back for his first Batman movie.

"The Dark Knight" breaks the $1 billion barrier mark

Even though "The Dark Knight" doesn't receives all the award recognition, who cares? The important thing is the movie is highly recognize if were talking about ticket revenues.

The cape crusader officially breaks the $1 billion barrier mark in worldwide box office, giving this film the recognition as the only fourth movie to achieve and reached this milestone.
Warner Bros. Pictures made the announcement Friday afternoon, saying that the combined domestic and international gross had totaled $1,001,082,160 to date -- about $533 million domestically and $567 million overseas.
Other films in the Billion dollar level are Titanic ($1.84 billion), The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King ($1.12 billion) and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest ($1.07 billion).

Christian Bale: "I acted like a punk" and "It is inexcusable"

The super hero finally decided to apologize for his behavior (popular F-bomb rant) during Terminator Salvation set. Christian Bale takes full responsibility for his unhero like conduct.

Bale sent his apology via "Kevin & Bean" morning radio show on KROQ, "The thing that I really want to stress is I have no confusion whatsoever. I was out of order beyond belief. I was way out of order. I acted like a punk. I regret that."

"There is nobody that has heard that tape that is hit harder by it than me. I make no excuses for it. It is inexcusable. I hope that that is absolutely clear."

He hopes that this incident will not affect this film (Terminator Salvation), "Please, I am asking people, do not allow my onetime lapse in judgment, my incredibly embarrassing meltdown, to overshadow this movie."

Chrysler willl be feature in "Terminator Salvation"

With the film scheduled release is fast approaching, some additions will be added in the upcoming movie "Terminator Salvation" starring Christian Bale. They will feature new Chrysler vehicles and other product.
Chrysler, which has received $4 billion in emergency aid from the U.S. government, has a deal to place its vehicles in cameo roles in the film, scheduled for release on May 22 and starring Christian Bale, executives said on Tuesday.

Financial terms of the sponsorship deal were not disclosed.

"This spring, 'Terminator 4' comes out and we will be one of the sponsors," Chrysler director of media Susan Thomson said in a presentation at the Automotive News World Congress. "We have a following with the 'Terminator' movies and we are going to continue with that."

Other cast includes Sam Worthington, Anton Yelchin, Bryce Dallas Howard, Moon Bloodgood and Common.

Due out May 22, 2009.
