Eva Longoria & Tony Parker's Divorce Finalized!

'Desperate Housewives' star Eva Longoria is now legally single again! She and ex-hubby/NBA star Tony Parker are now officially divorced, ending their three-year marriage. Their union was dissolved in Texas on Friday (January 28).

Eva filed her divorce papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court while Tony filed his own divorce petition in Texas. Both parties decided Texas was the right place to do their divorce procedures because their prenuptial agreement was also signed in Texas.

Tony is being accused of infidelity after Eva discovered her cheating husband exchanging hundreds of text messages with a mutual female friend for almost a year. The said third party is Erin Barry (wife of San Antonio Spurs' Brent Barry).

The couple married in Paris in 2007 and a prenuptial agreement was signed on the same year, amended in 2009.

Tony Parker Opens Up About Eva Longoria Split: "these are very difficult times"

NBA star Tony Parker admits that he is now focusing his energy on the basketball court to take his mind off from his split with Desperate Housewives beauty Eva Longoria.

The San Antonio Spurs point guard opened up to Le Parisien (via USMAg):

"The most important thing is to stay strong mentally, even if these are very difficult times," the basketball star says. "I've taken refuge in basketball because that's what I've done best since my youth."

He also relies support from "teammates, coaches and San Antonio," along with his family.

The couple's marriage ended last year after Eva discovered her cheating husband exchanging hundreds of flirty text messages with a mutual female friend Erin Barry (wife of San Antonio Spurs' Brent Barry).

Keeping it focus.

"You have to know how to keep things in perspective," he tells Le Parisien. "I am, first of all, a basketball player. I've done this for so very long … For me, it's been essential to be successful on the court."

Erin Barry: "I did not have an affair with Tony Parker."

Erin Barry, the alleged third party in Eva Longoria and Tony Parker's break up, has broken her silence and to set the record straight about her alleged affair with Tony Parker in which she strongly denies!

Erin wrote to her website: "I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER" and added, "Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship. My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naïve, ridiculous, and completely misguided." Greetings all,

It has been brought to my attention that people who do not know me think that I have had an affair with Tony Parker. I have received hundreds of emails and phone calls from supportive friends who do know me and know that what is being insinuated about me is a complete lie. I am so busy with my children and law school studies that to take even a few moments out of my day to address this ludicrous issue is an annoyance. I only take the time to explain myself because apparently my silence, as a result of my indifference, has been construed as an admission of guilt. These are my words and this is the last you will hear from me on this subject because I have more important things to do.

I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I “pursue” Tony Parker. Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship. Every day I dedicate myself to being a good person and the best Mom that I can possibly be for my two beautiful children. I pride myself on being a Mom first, an advocate for abused children second, and a law student third. Those are the things that are of the utmost importance to me. I have spent my adult life fighting for children who have been victimized so forgive me for not caring when someone tells me that my name is being dragged through the mud.

Salacious rumors are not what keep me awake at night. What keeps me awake is wondering how the 5-year-old who was taken away from her abusive family is sleeping during her first night in a children’s shelter. I worry about friends fighting overseas and whether or not they will return home to their families. I worry about the health of my children, my family, and my friends. I worry about soccer uniforms, carpool, immunizations, baseball practice, paying the bills on time, grocery shopping, the kid’s homework, and so many other things that may seem menial to some people; but to me are everything. Right now I worry about my law school finals… being a first year law student is much scarier than dealing with gossip!

Eva Longoria has no plans at this moment of following the footstep of Angelina Jolie and Madonna in adopting a child.

Rumors circulates that Eva is planning to adopt a Haitian kid but a source close to her says that the rumor is “not true.”

Eva is deeply hurt about her recent split with husband Tony Parker.

A friend told PEOPLE, "She is simply heartbroken. She really wishes Tony the best. She just wants this whole situation to be as peaceful as it can be under the circumstances. He's a good person at heart, and she wants the best for him."

Eva Longoria will be busy with three new TV shows

Eva Longoria Parker got some new projects to think about than thinking about her split with husband Tony Parker! Despite having a bump in her personal life, Eva Longoria's career flows smoothly with a three new TV projects.

According to Variety, "Desperate Housewives actress's production company -- dubbed UnbeliEVAble Entertainment -- has landed a pair of projects in development at ABC, as well as an eight-hour miniseries at Starz."

Longoria will be producing a drama project "Sendera", hour long show that centers on "two wealthy families -- one from Mexico, the other from Texas -- locked in a power struggle."

She will work on a single-camera comedy "Parenting by Committee", centers on "four single best friends who discover that one of them is pregnant -- and decide to raise the child, sans father, together."

At Starz, Longoria will focus on "Aztecs", centers on the "historic romantic relationship between Spanish conqueror Hernan Cortes and his interpreter".

Tony Parker has also filed his own divorce petition in Texas

San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker has also filed his own divorce petition against Eva Longoria in Texas.

According to TMZ, Tony's divorce petition was filed in Bexar County, Texas. The stamp shows today's date (November 19).

Using the initials W.P and E.P. in his divorce papers, Tony states the reason for the divorce: "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

When the split broke out, the NBA star denies that he's the one initiated the divorce but Tony said in a statement that their "discussing our situation privately".

San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker knows its coming and wasn't exactly blinsided when wife of three years Eva Longoria filed for divorce on Wednesday. 

The 28year-old NBA star told People, “Eva and I have been discussing our situation privately. I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.”

More details are now emerging about the highly-buzz breakup of Eva Longoria and husband Tony Parker. The NBA star cheated on his wife and reportedly the third party is Erin Barry (wife of San Antonio Spurs' Brent Barry).

Brent’s father, NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry, knows that his son will be “devastated”.

Eva Longoria's rep. denies the recent divorce rumors but according to the latest report by People, Eva just filed for divorce Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Us Weekly reports that Eva discovered her cheating husband exchanging hundreds of text messages with a mutual female friend for almost a year.

"Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal," says one insider. Adds another friend, "Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over."

Eva and Tony were married in Paris in 2007.

Eva Longoria's Rep Denies Divorce Rumor

The divorce news about Eva Longoria Parker  and Tony Parker spreads like wildfire but Eva's rep. deny the rumor.

Reportedly, Parker was the one who filed for divorce but Eva's rep tells TMZ that "Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer".

But the intriguing part is, Eva's rep didn’t say if the couple are still in good relationship.

Making it complicated, PEOPLE are now reporting that Desperate Housewives star plans to file divorce papers of her own as early as Wednesday.

Longoria was "totally and completely blindsided" by reports appearing this week of infidelity by her NBA star husband.

Eva Longoria's car accident: Not My fault; other driver wants to sue

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria-Parker recently got into a minor fender-bender on Hollywood Blvd. and the other driver (Roman Gasparyan) involved in the accident wants to sue the actress claiming that the collision was Eva's fault.

Eva is not backing down calling the other driver's allegations wrong. A rep for Longoria tells TMZ: "According to the police report, the other driver was clearly at fault AND admitted to fault at the scene of the accident. Longoria’s eyes were NOT red and bloodshot."

"There is absolutely no truth to this claim, and any indications to the contrary are completely false and untrue. Longoria made no sudden turn, did not violate any traffic violations nor did she make any sudden lane changes. The other driver is clearly trying to make a case where there is none. All charges are frivolous, without merit, and will not hold up in a court of law.”

Both escaped with no major injuries during the incident but now Roman Gasparyan claims that he suffered back and neck pain, severe headaches, anxiety and blood pressure complications.

The driver is now seeing a big dollar sign in Eva Longoria's forehead!!!

“Desperate Housewives” actress Eva Longoria Parker will host the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) which ill be held in Madrid, Spain on Sunday, November 7, 2010.

Eva on her upcoming hosting gig, “I'm beyond excited to be asked to host the 2010 EMAs and getting to do it in the beautiful city of Madrid is the icing on the cake. I can't wait to see some fabulous performances and love that the most nominated artists this year are two amazing women, making some of the most exciting music in pop right now!"

Checkout this funny clip from sexy couple Eva Longoria and husband-NBA star Tony Parker as the duo recreates the “Summer Nights” scene featured in the 70's movie musical Grease.

The couple created a spoof by portraying the character of Danny Zuko (Originally played by John Travolta) and Sandy Olsson (played by Olivia Newton John).

It is a part of a video contest as the couple invites all their fans to submit Grease parodies to win a trip to San Antonio and attend a Spurs game before the start of the playoffs in 2010!

Eva Longoria Parker's new fragrance "Eva by Eva Longoria" set to debut in April 2010

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria Parker is set to release her new fragrance called "Eva by Eva Longoria" on April 2010 and it was developed by Falic Fashion Group.

Eva shared, “I have always been somewhat allergic to all perfumes and really wanted to create something that every woman could wear. So I decided to create my own fragrance that is light, fresh and unique. I think the scent of a woman is extremely sexy and this scent will prove that.”

Her new signature scent features "top notes of citrus, neroli, bergamot tea and aldehydes. The heart of the fragrance includes sheer jasmine, muguet, violet and freesia, and the scent dries down into notes of skin musk, amber and sandalwood."

Aside from Eva, Beyonce will also release her first fragrance "Heat" which is set to unveil in February next year.
