Spencer Pratt steals Karissa Shannon & Sam Jones Sex Tape; Karissa Threatens to Sue Spencer Pratt

Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon recently confirmed that indeed she has lesbian sex tape with Heidi Montag which is reportedly in the hands of Heidi’s soon-to-be ex-husband Spencer Pratt but Shannon's interest at this moment is her other sex tapes which was stolen by Spencer.

Karissa Shannon is accusing Spencer of stealing her personal XXX footage featuring her and boyfriend Sam Jones III. She is now threatening to sue him.

Shannon's laywer Hayes F. Michel sent a letter to Spencer, "It had been reported in the press that you were attempting to publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit filmed footage of Ms. Shannon. According to press reports, you are no longer threatening to do that. This decision is wise," Michel wrote. "Were you to follow through with your initial threat, Ms. Shannon would file a lawsuit to enjoin the sale and/or distribution and seek monetary damages from you."

Shannon's wants all copies of the tapes and he asking Pratt to provide written acknowledgment that he will no longer attempt to "publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit the footage." 

Meanwhile, Heidi also recently  pulled the plug on a negotiation with Vivid Entertaiment for the release of her library of sex tapes which is being offered by soon-to-be ex-husband Spencer Pratt. It only shows that  the fame hungry couple created another publicity stunt to keep their name on headline.

Heidi Montag will not release the Sex Tape, Spencer says

If your eager to see the Heidi Montag sex tape and her lesbian encounter with Karissa Shannon, you will be disappointed! Heidi reportedly pulled the plug on the said negotiation with Vivid Entertaiment for the release of her library of sex tapes which is being offered by soon-to-be ex-husband Spencer Pratt.

The fame-hungry couple did it again! They created another publicity stunt to keep their name on headline. Vivid's Steven Hirsch doesn't want to be used in this stunt as he demanded a 30-second preview before they can talk business but it seems the couple failed to deliver the goods.

Spencer’s rep sent a letter to Vivid Entertaiment, saying, “Heidi’s made it very clear that she is not interested in releasing any tapes. It looks like she pulled the kill switch. Spencer’s not interested in further destroying their relationship by pursuing an avenue she’s so vehemently against.”

Spencer also claims that the price tag of $5 million failed to convince her.

If indeed the Heidi Montag sex tapes really exist, it will be just a matter of time that those tapes will surface online.

Vivid Entertainment's Steven Hirsch doesn't want to be involved in Spencer Pratt’s publicity circus over the Heidi Montag's sex tape and he is not planning on meeting Spencer for the price negotiation.

Hirsch wants a preview of the Heidi Montag's sex tape first before going to the negotiating table. He wants Spencer to send a 30-second preview.

Spencer is asking for $5,000,000 for the multiple sex tapes of his soon-to-be ex-wife. Former Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon confirmed that indeed she and Heidi has a sex tape together.

Spencer is full of blah...blah...blah and he is still has no proof of the said tape. Many are surely eager to see Karissa-Heidi sex tape.

Heidi Montag Wants Breast Reduction: "I feel trapped in my own body."

Reality TV star Heidi Montag wants to get rid of her oversized boobs and now she also expressed her regrets just one week after the untimely death of her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan.

"I'm desperate to go back to normal," she tells Life & Style. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."

She also added, "I feel trapped in my own body. There's just no fixing it. Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything."

Sill feeling the pain even nine months after the surgery.

"I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren't working so I stopped. It hurt either way."

Aside from her doctor, Heidi must blamed herself for her poor judgment in undergoing the insanely 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day. She thought it will boost her career but the surgery just made her a fragile plastic doll.

If the deal with her alleged sex tape will push through, the payment can be use to fix her problem.

Spencer Pratt gave another reason to entice all of us on the said sex tapes of his soon-to-be ex-wife's Heidi Montag. He claims that Heidi was also involved in a girl-on-girl action with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon, former twin girlfriend of Hugh Hefner.

According to TMZ, Spencer found this exciting tape while he was moving out some of his stuff from the Malibu home he once shared with Heidi.

Spencer instantly saw a big dollar sign and he realized that it will be great selling their X-rated videos to Vivid Entertainment.

Heidi recently denied the existence of any sex tape but Karissa confirmed to TMZ that they did indeed make a sex tape.

After announcing his plans for tell-all book, reality villain Spencer Pratt is really pushing the limits as he now shopping a sex tape starring himself with his soon-to-be-ex-wife Heidi Montag.

Spencer made the first move by contacting Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch, for the release of the scandalous sex tape.

Vivid’s Steve told TMZ, “I just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag. We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal.”

Spencer, claims that the alleged tape "makes Kim Kardashian look like an amateur."

Heidi Monta recently threatened to sue Spencer if he will pursue the tell-all book which will reveal their intimate secrets and Heidi's tormented relationship to her mother.

Shouting the word "Freedom" on coming Valentine’s Day is one thing you will hear from Heidi Montag. The divorce of Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag will become final on February 14, 2011.

Under California law, Montag must wait 6 months after Pratt received the documents for their divorce to be finalized making the next VDay their official split date.

Montag filed the divorce petition last July 30 in Santa Monica, California Superior Court citing the popular reason "irreconcilable differences".

Heidi Montag’s Plastic Surgeon In Fatal Car Accident

Dr. Frank Ryan, the celebrity plastic surgeon who has been criticized of performing Heidi Montag’s dangerous makeover died in a car crash Monday afternoon in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, Dr. Frank Ryan’s jeep went over the side of Pacific Coast Highway yesterday at around 4:30 PM. The Jeep landed on rocks and lifeguards initially tried to help Ryan, to no avail. The 50-year-old was pronounced dead and his dog, who is with him was seriously injured.

Heidi Montag tweeted this message, “I am devastated to hear the news of Dr. Frank Ryan’s death. He was the most amazing person I have ever known. He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met. He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world. My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone who was ever blessed enough to meet him. He is in a better place.”

Ryan made headlines after giving Heidi Montag's the insanely 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day.


According to the Ventura County Medical Examiner's Office, autopsy shows that  Ryan died of "blunt force head injuries";

Heidi Montag Files for Divorce; Spencer Pratt says Heidi "can't handle the heat"

Reality star Heidi Montag went to court seeking legal separation last June but many doubted her intentions but now she wants her separation to be official as she filed for divorce from husband Spencer Pratt.

The divorce petition was filed in Santa Monica, California Superior Court citing the popular reason "irreconcilable differences". (July 30)

"Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt," Montag's lawyer Jodeane Farrell tells PEOPLE. "The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce."

Spencer Pratt gave his response with the divorce filing, "Well, some say if you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen. Heidi couldn't handle King Spencer's fame so she got out of the marriage."

A desperate attempt for publicity as Spencer Pratt is taking advantage with this situation.

The soon-to-be-ex couple married last April 2009 in Pasadena, California.

Heidi Montag-Pratt will perform at Miss Universe Pageant

It seems Heidi Montag-Pratt is serious in continuing her singing career. She will be performing at the Miss Universe 2009 Pageant competition in August 23rd on NBC.

According to Access Hollywood, the former “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!" contestant will be singing her newest single “Turn Ya Head” from her album, “Unleashed,” which came out earlier this month.

Flo Rida, Kelly Rowland, and David Guetta are also set to join the said event and it will be co-hosted by Access host Billy Bush and Celebrity Apprentice star Claudia Jordan.

Kim Kardashian Gave Heidi Montag advice for Playboy decision

Reality star Kim Kardashian reveals that "Hills" star Heidi Montag-Pratt called her and sought her opinion if it is the right time to pose for Playboy.

Kim, who also posed for Playboy magazine in December 2007 issue tells MTV:

"Actually, I was in Mexico and I got a call from Heidi saying, 'Call me right now,'"

"So I called her and she had said to me, 'What do you think? What's your opinion on if I were to do Playboy?'"

Kardashian told her to "go for it."

"I think that now's the time," she said. "I think it's a very classy magazine. It's artsy. I talked her through the whole process and helped her make up her mind."

Kardashian feels that posing for Playboy is an "honor" and her photoshoot is "really fun process for me."

No torture, says Heidi and Spencer rep.

After the wild publicity of "Torture" claimed in which Stephanie Pratt also tweeted, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt issued a statement via their rep. that they are no torture incident on the set of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!.

Pratt's rep. said via UsMag, "There have been many reports that surfaced over the weekend regarding Spencer and Heidi Pratt. Many of these reports are false and inaccurate, including any reports of 'torture' on the show."

On the reports that Spencer fired his legal counsel.

"The couple remains in Costa Rica. In addition, it was reported the Pratts have fired their legal counsel. This is inaccurate."
