Lindsay Lohan leaving Rehab for Thanksgiving!

Lindsay Lohan is surely rejoicing for her temporary freedom as she received a 15-hour day pass to leave the Betty Ford Clinic for Thanksgiving! The 24 year-old actress will remain in a court-mandated rehab facility until January 3,

Lindsay reportedly will spend Thanksgiving with her estranged father Michael Lohan and friends.

In other news, Lindsay Lohan is no longer attached to play Linda Lovelace after she has been dropped from the biopic film "Inferno". Actress Malin Akerman will be replacing her.

Michael Lohan charged with 2nd degree harassment

Michael Lohan denies physically abusing his fiancee Kate Major and now he is officially charged with 2nd degree harassment for attacking his fiancee.

Kate Major claims that Lohan threatened to kill her and she was kicked in the face during an argument.

According to Kate's complaint she says, "My fiance Michael Lohan came home while I was sleeping in a sofa chair. He woke me up, yelling, 'Why didn't you pick up your cell phone, you stupid c**t.'"

Kate continues, "He then turned over the chair while I was still in it, tossing me to the floor. I crawled to the other side of the room to get away from him. He walked over to me, took his shoe off and kicked me in my face while I was still on the ground. He stood over me and said, 'I'm going to go back to jail cause of you, cause I will kill you.'"

Michael be formally arraigned on August 18th.

It seems Lindsay Lohan's estranged father really knows how to steal/share the spotlight from her daughter.

Michael Lohan and Kata Major arguments caused by Woods mistresses?!; Rachel Uchitel denies project with Michael Lohan

Tiger Woods' mistress no.1 Rachel Uchitel slams Michael Lohan after her name was dragged in Michael's argument incident with his fiancee Kate Major.

Lindsay's estranged father claims that Kate is jealous with Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James. Lohan said that the two signed on to star in an upcoming reality television show with him.

Kate Major filed a complaint with alleging Michael pushed her to a chair and kicked her in the face during an argument.

Rachel Uchitel denies any involvement on any show with Michael Lohan.

Rachel tells TMZ she only met Michael once -- at a party on Long Island -- and hasn't spoken to him since. She says he did mention plans for a reality TV show, but she never agreed to be on it ... in fact she claims he never even asked her to be on it.

Meanwhile, Rachel will be appearing on the fourth season of VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew and her inner demons is her addiction to pills.

Lindsay Lohan’s dad will escape prosecution if he stay good for one year

Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father will not be visiting again a prison house if he will stay out of trouble for one year. The court issued a one-year delay.

Michael Lohan was charged with misdemeanor aggravated harassment after threatening his girlfriend last March.

Michael's attorney told TMZ, "Mr. Lohan is obviously pleased that all charges against him have been dismissed. The dismissal is a reflection of how silly and meritless the allegations were. With this matter behind him, Mr. Lohan can refocus on his numerous charitable and humanitarian projects."

Michael Lohan's site shutdown due to FAILURE OF PAYMENT

It seems Michael Lohan previously thinks that the attention he is getting from his word wars against his daughter Lindsay Lohan will attract and convert it to big bucks.

Maybe, that's why Michael created his own blog site but sorry to say, it failed to attract advertisers to his new site.

As Lindsay's dad announced that he was shutting down his blog without the specific reasons suddenly after few days the webmaster of the site posted “Failure of Payment This blog will be completely shutting down in 24 hours due to failure of payment. Thank you.”

Failure responsibility with his family, now Michael failed to pay his web hosting bills responsibility.

Many are now saying with Michael Lohan's recently launched blog, it will just ignite the fire between him and and daughter Lindsay Lohan. He will used his new blog to protect him against attacks from what he described as "parasites".

Lindsay's father Michael Lohan will use power of the net to rebuttal all Lindsay's claims with the launched of his own blog "mikelohanonline.com"

The recent blog post of Lindasy is that she claims that her father has another child out of wedlock.

Michael will surely bash again Lindsay's girlfriend Samantha Ronson and friends who he called "parasite" and discuss the wrongful ways of her daughter. It only a matter of time that he will once again reveal more family's dirty secrets.

After the pre-Christmas slam gift of Lindsay Lohan to his father Michael Lohan via her MySpace blog.

Michael Lohan strongly denies his daughter's claims that he has another child out of wedlock. Michael accused Lindsay's girlfriend Samantha Ronson as the person who wrote that wicked news.

According to TMZ, Lindsay's father said, "What real work has Lindsay done since Sam? Maybe she should follow Britney or Drew's paths and get rid of the darkness and come into the light."

Lindsay Lohan again slams father, reveals half-sibling

Lindsay Lohan has shared another revealing details about her cheating father and her half-sister via her MySpace blog. She also praises Britney Spears with her ways.

"I think that people go through a lot in life. and the things that we go through, whatever they may be, simply just make us stronger in the long run... that is, if we actually take what it is we have learned from our mistakes and teach ourselves what NOT to do in the future. i have gone through a lot in my past, and to be completely honest, i am still going through a lot right now.. my father just let my family and i know, amongst others that he had another child after my little sister Aliana, or maybe he had it before Aliana?? either way, he cheated on my mother and that really sucks... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

wow- do i sound like "debbie downer" or what? not trying to be... but back to the real reason for this blog-i feel like Britney Spears is an amazing talent, and she has gone through a lot, (just as i have) in the public eye.. which is not necessarily a bad thing.. It teaches young girls and boys that there are certain things in life that you should not let get in the way of your dreams and accomplishments. also that you need to take care of yourself before anyone else, and i mean anyone and everyone else. because at the end of the day, you have to look at yourself in the mirror and see who you really are. stripped of all the distractions in life. so YAY Britney for just being you and still following through with your dreams. i know i am a bit late in writing about this record since it came out already, but better late than never!!!! :)

Aside from blogging her support to a "talented woman" Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan is annoyed and fed up about people always asking where's Samantha Ronson when she's alone.

today i was out with my friend Jamie and paparazzi wouldn’t stop asking me where samantha was. and i’m not writing this blog because i feel like i need to prove that i’m with my girl to anyone at all. but because it’s just annoying. and i want to vent. and i love myspace because it allows me to vent without having to deal with the noise of the “tabloids” and “stalkerazzi’s” ….

all in all-they should just stop asking altogether, once and for all if she and i are broken up because frankly, if we ever ever did…. i would say it before they could even think of asking. i’d say it here probably… i say everything here on myspace. okay. well, i hope that all the gossip magazines and sites, and lurkers read this cuz it’s not true. ahh! i love myspace because i can just write, and i love writing, and i can prove all the liars wrong… wow- the people that make sh*t up must really feel silly, embarrassed, out of stories, scr*w*d, f*ck*d, punk’d, and so much more. because, i can use myspace and just let everyone know what’s really going on. which is so much more fun! cuz now, people can get to know the REAL me. yay!

First, Lindsay Lohan called on her dad Michael Lohan to stop bullying her and her family. In response, Michael Lohan answers and fires back at Lindsay via a interview that his daughter is "out of control" and described Lindsay's friend Samantha as "one of the biggest problems in her life."

After Lindsay Lohan lashes out her hurtful feelings against his father Michael Lohan via her blog and calling him as an "Embarrassment", Michael Lohan fires back on his daughter in a ABC news interview and describing her as "out of control.”

Michael on Lindsay “out of control” life: “Who’s out of control? Whose life is out of control? Give me a break. Going from place to place, being dragged around by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins … She’s gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie. Who’s out of control? I go to church. I go and help people in rehab. That’s control. How can she say I’m out of control?”

Michael on the the bad influence around Lindsay: “I want Lindsay to be in a good place. When I started looking at what Samantha was doing, dragging Lindsay to clubs, drinking around Lindsay … Samantha is one of the biggest problems in her life. That’s what Dina told me. I’m reacting on what Dina said, but then Dina steps out of the picture because she wants to look like the good guy.”

If you have something to say to me, say it to my face- that’s what i have believed my whole life- don’t be a coward and say it to others first, let alone all the media in the world- i think we know where the rest of this blog is going…

If you guessed it had to do with my father- then you guessed right! It really hurts, because i have tried- after all that my mother and siblings have gone through, i really tried to make things work- For the hope of having a father again-wanting things to change- even though people have said, some people will forever remain the same.

Having said that- the people were right, and he is yet to change- but this time, without his daughter by his side- He has become a public embarrassment and a bully- To my family, my co-workers, my friends, and a girl that means the world to me (its obvious who that is).

He has no idea what is going on in my life because i have chosen not to involve him in it- His recent attack on my life and my loved ones is simply for an ADDICTION THAT HE HAS- FAME. Why he feels the need to comment on anything in my life that i may want to keep private, is beyond comprehension- If he really cared about me and my life, then he would learn to respect my wishes by staying out of it.

Samantha has not and would never sell me out. Nor has my mother, who is wonderful.

This further proves that any information that my father has about me or the people in my life is internet based- and about as accurate as a page six item.

I’m not going to engage any further, though i probably could go on…

I have said enough, i have a therapist, and it is not the the camera man at x17.
