Tiger Woods' mistress no.1 Rachel Uchitel slams Michael Lohan after her name was dragged in Michael's argument incident with his fiancee Kate Major.

Lindsay's estranged father claims that Kate is jealous with Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James. Lohan said that the two signed on to star in an upcoming reality television show with him.

Kate Major filed a complaint with alleging Michael pushed her to a chair and kicked her in the face during an argument.

Rachel Uchitel denies any involvement on any show with Michael Lohan.

Rachel tells TMZ she only met Michael once -- at a party on Long Island -- and hasn't spoken to him since. She says he did mention plans for a reality TV show, but she never agreed to be on it ... in fact she claims he never even asked her to be on it.

Rachel Uchitel, popularly know as mistress no.1 who recieved a big pay check for her silence in her relationship with golfer Tiger Woods is cashing in once again.

Rachel will be appearing on the fourth season of VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew and her inner demons is her addiction to pills.

According to TMZ, Dr. Drew personally visit Rachel to convinced her to join and another big pay day as VH1 doubled their offer to $500,000 to persuade Rachel to do the show.

It's all about the money.......

Rachel Uchitel was also offered to join Trump's Celebrity Apprentice but it seems the deal will not prosper.

Donald Trump wants Rachel Uchitel In The Celebrity Apprentice

Donald Trump is interested to the lady that started the Tiger Woods’ mistress saga. Trump reportedly contacted sexy mistress #1 Rachel Uchitel and offered a slut slot for the next season of “The Celebrity Apprentice”.

TMZ called Uchitel and asked if she was going to take the offer -- and she said, "Absolutely."

Trump is really a businessman! He knows that her appearance will create interest and surely boost up the ratings of the show.

Tiger Woods released a statement about the rumors and the accident

World's no.1 golfer Tiger Woods has released a statement via his official website to answer all the malicious rumors and some details about his recent accident.

As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I'm pretty sore.
This situation is my fault, and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again.

This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.

The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.

This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be.

Tiger Woods and wife Elin are still not cooperating with the authorities about the incident and speculation about the heated domestic dispute before the accident.

Tiger Woods' Alleged Mistress denies the Affair

The alleged mistress of Tiger Woods in National Enquirer reports is now firing back.

Rachel Uchitel, the alleged other woman wants to sets the record straight and she definitely denies the affair.

Uchitel spoke to Usmag, "I have not had an affair with him. I understand that there's rumors all over because everybody's talking about it. But I'm telling you, people say rumors about me all the time. People will say a ton of things about me. I did not have an affair with Tiger Woods. The things that were said from the source in the Enquirer are in fact, not true."

Tiger Woods was involved in a single car accident and suffered facial laceration. Reportedly, Tiger's wife Elin Nordegren confronted him about reports that he was seeing another woman and the argument heated up.

Tiger Woods' injuries caused by wife Elin Nordegren !?

The lacerations in Tiger Woods' face is not the result of the car crash but instead were caused by his wife Elin Nordegren (Elin Woods) during a domestic dispute.

Confirmed by TMZ, We're told he said his wife had confronted him about reports that he was seeing another woman. The argument got heated and, according to our source, she scratched his face up. We're told it was then Woods beat a hasty retreat for his SUV -- but according to our source, Woods says his wife followed behind with a golf club. As Tiger drove away, she struck the vehicle several times with the club.

We're told Woods became "distracted," thought the vehicle was stopped, and looked to see what had happened. At that point the SUV hit the fire hydrant and then hit a tree.

Earlier, it was reported that Elin Woods used a golf club to smash out the back window and help get Tiger out of the car but it seems it is just a cover up.

Tiger is reportedly rumored cheating on his wife and the other woman is Rachel Uchitel, an event planner which is also being linked to actor David Boreanaz.

Tiger Woods will now battle some stain with his clean image.
