Kelly Osbourne is the new spokesperson for Madonna and daughter Lourdes‘ Material Girl fashion line. Kelly is replacing Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen. 

Material Girl confirmed it via twitter, "Material Girl is thrilled to confirm that @MissKellyO is the new face for 2011! Details on this exciting new campaign in the upcoming weeks!"

Kelly Osbourne is great choice. She is really having a positive dramatic change in her life since last year. Her confident image is perfect for Material Girl.

After defending Miley Cyrus and expressing their newfound friendship, Kelly Osbourne decided to channeled her 'So Undercover' co-star.

Kelly tweeted a photo and wrote, "I’m just being Miley”.

Osbourne is slamming  Cyrus' critics over the recent smoking bong controversy.

"Miley and I have become really close I’m sick of all the haters judging her she mad(e) one mistake and trust me she has learned her lesson!” Osbourne Tweeted.

“Miley is one of the most hard working respectful women I have ever worked with I am learning a lot from her!”

Kelly Osbourne Reveals Bikini Body in Shape Magazine December 2010 issue

Kelly Osbourne is really having a positive dramatic change in her life and one proof of it is her latest cover of the upcoming December 2010 issue of Shape Magazine featuring her incredible new toned body in a bright red bikini.

Kelly said that she's always facing criticism about her body and outlook in life but the sudden change happened especially during her 'Dancing With the Stars' stint which helped her slim down and lost nearly 50 pounds.

On doing this bikini photo shoot: “I’ve never worn a bikini in my whole life,” she says, holding a red one up to her newly slim body. “Am I really about to bare all to the entire world? I’m so nervous!”

On being called “fat” girl growing up: “I was called fat and ugly in the press almost my entire life. I understand that being judged by others comes with the territory, but it broke my heart and ruined my self-esteem. It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way. I was so angry about the things people said about me. I truly believe it’s the main reason I turned to Vicodin and ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself.”

How "she stopped hating" herself: “I would look at myself and think, ‘Ugh!’ I was miserable. To get to the gym—when you already don’t like yourself—is really hard. So I had to make it fun. I started wearing cute outfits and putting on a little bit of makeup. And as vain as it sounds, it really helped me because eventually I stopped hating the way I looked.”

The hard work finally paid off: “Ultimately, I’m really glad I lost the weight the way I did. I never thought in a million years I’d be that healthy girl who wakes up every morning to exercise. After being called ‘cherubic and chubby,’ I’m rocking a bikini! I feel silly, but I think I’m going to cry. Being on the cover of SHAPE is the biggest victory I could ever hope for.”

Kelly Osbourne is really looking great as she is now more sexier with her new makeover for her sexy performance with the Pussycat Dolls at Viper Room in Los Angeles. (September 1)

Her Dancing With The Stars stint gave her the new path and it also gave her more reason to love and show more concern to her body. It really turn her life around.

“Ever since Dancing with the Stars, I’ve tried to get in at least a half hour of cardio a day–nothing too crazy,” she tells PEOPLE. “My trainer Sarah Hagaman is amazing! She knows how to motivate me to go that extra bit without frustrating me.”

Celebrities celebrates after Overturning California's same-sex marriage ban

Celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres, Kelly Osbourne, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hiton and Sophia Bush expressed excitement as they are all overwhelmed after the court overturned the same-sex marriages ban calling Proposition 8 unconstitutional.

Below are celebrities' message after U.S. District Chief Judge Vaughn R. Walker in San Francisco struck down Prop 8:

Kelly Osbourne & Luke Worrall Split Up: “Luke Worall makes me sick!

Former Dancing With The Stars alum Kelly Osbourne and her fiancé Luke Worrall have reportedly split up after she found out the cheating activities of her boyfriend.

Kelly wrote some nasty messages via Facebook like “Luke Worall makes me sick!!!” but the post were quickly deleted.

Kelly is thanking all people who supports her via twitter, “thank you all so much for your support but the matter is private and will not be commenting enough damage has already be done!”

Kelly Osbourne in PETA's “Save The Seals” campaign

Dancing With The Stars Kelly Osbourne joins PETA for “Save The Seals” campaign against Canada's annual seal massacre.

Kelly said, "I decided to do the baby seal ad for PETA mainly because I feel I have a responsibility to let people know that fur is not for wearing—we're not cavemen anymore. The saddest thing for me is just knowing baby seals, some of which have not even had their first meal, are going to be killed, and most of them are probably still alive when they're skinning them."

Kelly Osbourne returned to rehab

Kelly Osbourne is now on her third strike as she returned to rehab once more.

Her mother Sharon Osbourne confirms it via radaronline that her decided voluntarily to check in one more for rehab.

She said, “Yeah, Kelly’s in rehab. What else can we say? She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point and we’re proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she’s getting it. We just pray that everything’s going to be okay."

Kelly previous check ins : 2004, treatment for an addiction to prescription painkillers; 2005, suffering a relapse that need more treatment.

Kelly will stay at rehab for at least the next 30 days and reason on why she is there is still undisclosed.

After her stint in rehab, she will be ready to face the assault charges against her in March.

Kelly Osbourne arrested for slapping incident

Like Mother like daughter. It seems her mother Sharon Osbourne teaches her to be protective to her love ones like she did to "Rock of Love: Charm School" contestant Megan Hauserman.

Kelly Osbourne has been arrested for allegedly slapping a woman who is said to be columnist who called her fiance, Luke Worrall, "stupid".

She is now currently on bail after she was charge with assault incident with columnist Zoe Griffin happened back in August of 2008 at the Punk nightclub.

Griffin wrote in her column that Kelly says, "I have an issue with you." then "That's when I felt a hard slap to my right cheekbone."

Scheduled hearing will be in March.
