Kelly Osbourne is the new spokesperson for Madonna and daughter Lourdes‘ Material Girl fashion line. Kelly is replacing Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen. 

Material Girl confirmed it via twitter, "Material Girl is thrilled to confirm that @MissKellyO is the new face for 2011! Details on this exciting new campaign in the upcoming weeks!"

Kelly Osbourne is great choice. She is really having a positive dramatic change in her life since last year. Her confident image is perfect for Material Girl.

Madonna urging you to help for Malawi

The queen of Pop Madonna is urging all of you to help Malawi's one million orphans.

The 51-year-old singer said, "I am making a straightforward request. I'm writing to urge you to join me in saving the lives of some of the world's most vulnerable children. And I'm asking you to do it right away."

She added, "Right now, I am particularly concerned about Malawian girls whose lives are made even more difficult simply because of their gender....Malawi's poorest girls are eager for the opportunities that a comprehensive secondary education will bring them. But we're still in need of additional funds to complete this project, and there's no time to lose....The girls of Malawi are bright and resourceful. They are eager to learn and grow. When I look at my girls and see them thriving, it is my greatest wish that the girls in Malawi will have the same chance for happiness."

To encourage your involvement, she pledged $100,000 to match your contributions dollar-for-dollar.

Madonna denies dumping her trainer

Madonna is denying the reports that she got rid of her “celebrity trainer” Tracy Anderson. Allegedly the reason was Tracy's relationship with Philippe van den Bossche - the former head of Madonna's Raising Malawi charity.

"I did not ditch or fire her. I simply wanted to try a new method of working out when my tour ended. Weremain friends and I wish her and Philippe all the best".

Madonna really has an image of doing and trying new stuff. Remember she's the queen.

Guy Ritchie on Madonna: "still love her. But she's retarded"

A divorce will not make Guy Ritchie forget how precious and interesting is her ex-wife Madonna.

In his Esquire interview, "I still love her. But she's retarded, too."

"She's a manifester, if there ever was one," he says. "First-rate manifester. Madonna makes things happen. Put Madonna up against any twenty-three-year-old, she'll outwork them, outdance them, outperform them. The woman is broad."

Guy's feeling as he undergo the journey of divorce.

"You can't tell someone when they're getting divorced that their pain is an illusion," he says. "I'm fucking telling you, I feel it, I've been through that. You have, too. No one can say you don't feel that." He drives on, talking more. "That's the illusion of the illusion. The biggest fundamental is, you need a little ignorance."

Madonna is currently dating Brazilian model Jesus Luz.

Madonna's greatest hits compilation "Celebration" on September 28

Warner Brothers Records formally announced the the release date of Madonna's greatest hits compilation "Celebration" album which is set on September 28, featuring all her hit tracks from her 26 year career in the music industry.

According to the press release, “Celebration,” the CD will also include two new songs that were recently recorded in New York City. A video for the single, which will be included on the “Celebration” DVD was just filmed in Milan, Italy and was directed by long time Madonna collaborator Jonas (“Ray of Light”) Akerlund. Several dance club remixes of “Celebration” are headed to the clubs on July 24th. The song will also be available on CD and vinyl maxi. Radio will receive the “Celebration” single on August 3rd.

Madonna in tears pays tribute to the two men died creating her stage

Breaking down in tears, the Queen of Pop Madonna was saddened and devastated for the tragic death of two men who is working on her stage in Marseille, France.

On her concert in Udine, Italy, Madonna pays tribute to the two men who lost their lives and their surviving family. (July 16)

Madonna said, "I ask you for a moment to stop and think of the people who have lost their lives, we need to appreciate life, the people we love and our families."

Eight other people are in the hospital and still in serious condition.

Madonna's Stage Collapses, One Dead and several injured

Stage that will be use in Madonna’s “Sticky & Sweet” concert which is currently being built collapsed, killing one worker and injuring other nine people at the Velodrome stadium in Marseille, France -July 16.

The July 19 concert is immediately canceled.

Madonna released a statement: “I am devastated to have just received this tragic news. My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news.”

Katy Perry want to do a Britney and a Madonna

"Waking Up in Vegas" singer Katy Perry expresses praise and high hopes that in the near future she can do big-massive stage show performance like Britney Spears' "Circus" tour and Madonna concert tour.

Katy said: "I really want to see (Britney's) show. I hear it's supposed to be amazing and I love those big production shows, because I haven't been able to get to that point yet.

"I'm on my first record. I don't have millions of dollars to do shows like that just yet.

"I love how she uses all the dancers and all the theatrics."

Madonna's adoption appeal hearing on May 4

Madonna will try to see some light on her attempt to adopt 3-year-old girl Chifundo "Mercy" James after a judge rejected Madonna's bid on April 3.

Chief Justice Lovemore Munlo of Malawi will lead a three-judge panel in an appeal case on May 4.

Supreme Court of Appeal spokesman Joseph Chigona said in a statement, "Since this involves an infant it will be heard in chambers. This is an important case; that's why the chief justice himself has taken special interest."

The judge will now balance between the required 18 to 24 months residency of an adoptive parents or the best education and healthcare that Madonna can offer to "Mercy" James.

Cops: "There is no mention of photographers in Madonna's horse riding accident"

It seems Madonna's rep. has a separate story to tell on how her boss fell off her horse which resulted to minor bruises and injuries.

Apparently, Madonna's rep. who blames a paparazzo for spooking Madonna and her horse was not included on the police report.

According to the police via TMZ, "There is no mention of photographers. It's a matter of spin control that went out of control. If they felt there was something else, they would have written 'paparazzi' in the form -- if they felt there was a problem."

The freelance photographer who is being blamed also denies his involvement with Madonna's horse riding accident.

After Madonna fell off her horse and suffered minor bruises and injuries, her camp blames the paparazzi who startled and snaps some images of the popstar the causes the incident.

The paparazzo that is being linked to this incident denies the said allegations and he claims that Madonna's camp are lying and telling a different story.

According to TMZ, "We spoke with the photog who tells us he shot Madonna before and after she fell -- but was not there for the actual fall. He tells us he took pics of her riding and then left. About 30 minutes later, he says he got a tip about an ambulance being sent out for a 50-year-old woman -- so he put two and two together and went back to snap pics of her being tended to.

He says all his photos were taken from a public road and the only other photog around was Stephen Klein -- the famous photographer whose house Madonna was at.

As Hinton put it, "If I had startled the horse, I would have gotten pictures!"

Madonna fell off her horse due to paparazzi; released from the hospital

After felling off her horse at South Hampton, N.Y, Madonna was rushed to a New York hospital as she suffered minor bruises and injuries. Reportedly, the queen of pop had already been released from Southampton Hospital.

Their blaming that incident to paparazzi. Madonna's rep. releases a statement, "The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer, who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend."

Back in 2005, Madonna also had a horse riding accident that cracked her ribs, collarbone and her hand, happened at her estate just outside London (on her birthday).

Madonna want the best for Mercy James

Madonna gave her reactions towards her failed adoption to 3-year-old Mercy James and her good cause meant a bigger picture to the Malawi people in the future.

US Weekly reports that Madonna emailed Malawi's Nation newspaper and said, "I want to provide Mercy with a home, a loving family environment and the best education and healthcare possible. And it's my hope that she, like David, will one day return to Malawi and help the people of their country."

"Though I have been advised that I cannot publicly discuss the pending appeal regarding my desire to adopt Mercy, I do want to say how much I appreciate the level of support that I have received from the people of Malawi and my friends around the world."

Malawi court didn't grant Madonna on the adoption that she seek due to residency requirement.

Madonna: wrong figures in the divorce settlement

Both Madonna and Guy Ritchie's camp issued a joint statement that disagrees on the previous statement released by the singer's rep. Liz Rosenberg about the figures involving the $76 to $96 million settlement on Madonna-Ritchie divorce.

“We have tried to maintain a dignified silence regarding the details of our divorce for the last few months whilst accepting the obvious media interest. A misleading and inaccurate statement, specifically in relation to the sums of money involved, was wrongly issued to AP this week. The financial details of the settlement will remain private, save to say that both of us are happy with our agreement. Our primary concern, like any co-parents, is the care and well being of our children.”

Madonna and ex-husband Guy Ritchie settlement:at least $76 million to $92 million

At least $76 million divorce settlement was agreed upon by Madonna and ex-husband Guy Ritchie camp, according to the pop queen rep.

The agreement was shared by Madonna's rep. Liz Rosenberg via The Associated Press, Madonna has given Guy between $76 million to $92 million, including the value of the couple's country home, Ashcombe House in western England, which Ritchie will keep.

Rosenberg said, "I'd assume it's one of the largest payouts ever in a divorce settlement."

Custodial arrangements for their kids are not yet finalized...

Reportedly with this deal Madonna bagged $10 million for the campaign.
